Bipartisan Group of Reps Want Trump to Rescind Erdogan Invite

A bipartisan group of House members is asking President Trump to rescind an invitation to Turkey’s tyrannical president Erdogan.

According to The Hill:

A bipartisan group of House lawmakers is asking President Trump to rescind his White House invitation to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

Erdoğan is scheduled to visit the White House on Wednesday. But the lawmakers expressed “deep concern” at the planned trip, citing Turkey’s invasion of northern Syria.

“President Erdogan’s decision to invade northern Syria on October 9 has had disastrous consequences for U.S. national security, has led to deep divisions in the NATO alliance, and caused a humanitarian crisis on the ground,” they wrote in a letter to Trump publicly released Monday.

“Given this situation, we believe that now is a particularly inappropriate time for President Erdogan to visit the United States, and we urge you to rescind this invitation,” the lawmakers added in the letter dated Nov. 8.

It seems like the Representatives do not want a face to face meeting to help solve the disaster happening in Syria instead they are hoping Trump’s snub will make a lunatic like Erdogan change his position. However, that seems unlikely.

I don’t know what President Trump has on his mind, (But I trust his decision, to do the right thing for America) so I won’t say weather Erdogan should be visiting the United States or not. However I will say, that personally, I wouldn’t invite him to the United States, let alone the white house. I don’t, and wouldn’t trust anything he was a part of, or had to say, let alone any promises made. I think the man is a snake myself.

He is a Muslim, turning Turkey from a secular state to a Muslim terror supporting state. Should Trump meet with such leaders? He is a member of NATO, though I don’t think he is on the same page with other NATO states. Maybe he should meet him, but maybe not at the White House? I hope at least Trump has the discernment to catch the lies, because Erdogan as you say, is a snake who speaks out of both sides of his mouth.

The President has repeated over and over there is no harm in talking. Implying agreement with Erdogan is an amateurish analysis worthy of the comrades ruling the democrat(read socialist/communist/elitist) party.

I hate to say I agree with the bi-partisan group BUT I DO.
I can not stomach Congress…either side.
Erdogan deserves no trust, no humility, no slack. Turkey may be an Allie but only at our willingness to pay their loyalty fees. Typilify the Middle-Eastern habit of smiling with their limp handshake as they slip the Wootz Bukhara in your back clavicle…I have sadly done business with the Turks. Give me a Kurd any day.

Erdogan is the head of the Islamic Brotherhood and is intent on taking over the world.
He views Trump as a Future executable and Washington as his Nuclear Target.
There is no point visiting with Erdogan any more than there was visiting with Adolph Hitler…

The President, “our PRESIDENT TRUMP, is tasked by our Constitution to set foreign policy not Congress or the Deep State. So far the ELITES have been wrong 99.9% of the time. I trust President Trump. Unless you talk face to face you can’t make an accurate decision about the person.

First I would like to know who these congressmen are. Second it was not all that long ago when many were crying about pulling out our troops and look how that worked out. So set back and watch how this works out. I’m betting we will be Presently surprised.

The Democrats had their chance for eight years to correct the problems with Syria. They snubbed Syria and the Russians came in to take up the void. They are now trying to tell President Trump what to do. That is the pot calling the kettle black. It makes no sense, they did everything wrong now they want Trump to support their decisions. I don’t think he should do anything the house requests of him, they are running a fake impeachment against him. If they were to stop the bull crap they are doing and get back to governing then I would consider their request.

Where was the bipartisan outcry when Obama bowed to Iran & secretly gave them billions of U.S. TAXPAYER money? Or when Obama & Hillary handed RUSSIA 20% of our uranium supply? How come there was no cries of humanitarian crisis when OBAMA BOMBED Libya & Syria without provocation nor congressional approval, killing thousands & displacing millions? WHY did Obama refuse to give Middle Eastern Christians refugee status after his policies created ISIS & why did the democrats in congress have no problem with that decision? How come the U.S., U.N. & most of Europe stood by & did NOTHING while ISIS carried out GENOCIDE against Middle Eastern Christians? These sickening HYPOCRITES could care less about anything but promoting war to fill their filthy rich pim ps pockets & thus their own. The military industrial complex keeps a LOT these people very happy.
