MS-13 Member Gets 55 Years In Prison For Vicious Quadruple Machete Murders
A member of the notorious Central American gang MS-13 was sentenced to 55 years in prison for his role in a barbaric quadruple murder that was committed using machetes. As Long Island News reports:
An MS-13 gang member was sentenced Wednesday to 55 years in prison for his role in a quadruple machete murder.
Josue Portillo, of Central Islip, pleaded guilty last year.
AdvertisementPortillo previously admitted that when he was 15, he used a machete to kill 20-year-old Michael Banegas in the group attack.
Prosecutors say Portillo had a prior dispute with one of the victims, who he believed was in a rival gang. He reported it to MS-13 and then got the green light to lure the four into the deadly ambush in the park, using girls and promises of marijuana.
If he serves his whole sentence, the perpetrator will be 73 years old at the time of his release, after which he will be immediately deported to his native El Salvador.

I agree all MS13 gang members should be rounded up and sent back to their own countries. But the problem is that they will return sooner or later. The only was would be to send them back to their own countries by air and have them air dropped in chains over their home town

Because it takes sometimes up to 20 years to exhaust all the appeals we nice guys in the united states offer these people, even if they are caught with the gun in their hand shooting, we can’t just say guilty and execute them….we’re the nice guys remember? I have had Police tell me if I have to shoot someone to defend myself. Make sure Kill them. They will sue you and it will bankrupt you and drag out for years. I spent over $20,000+ and SIX years over a frivolous law suite because I was trying to start a business some A-HOLES didn’t want to compete against me. The attorneys all agreed that it was frivolous in the first 30 days. But they dragged it out to make money. The courts threw it out twice. But it did what was intended. It bankrupted me and I’m still having money problems 25 years later because of it. 50 cent bullet is a lot more cost vs result. Sick of this crap.

The government needs to spend .25 cents on a bullet instead of millions putting them thru a trial to send him to prison and then feed him for 55 years when they know he is guilty since he admitted to the crime.

Perhaps there will be some other group in prison who fancies themselves as an execution squad and will save the New York taxpayers a 55 year financial burden to support this animal in prison. This will hasten his “deportation” by shipping him back to El Salvador back in a wooden box.

He’ll be out in ten, and will have made all the “WRONG” connections. You will have educated a murdering animal and let him out among the sheep. He will not change, and given the Senate’s reluctance to make good immigration law, he’ll be back here PRONTO!.
Only 55 years for pre-meditated murder of four people??? What a slap on the wrist. And he will probably be let out earlier for “good conduct”. This beast deserves immediate execution — he is evil and will do it again. As long as he is alive, he will carry his evil around with him. His execution would protect future potential victims.
