President Trump is on the way for a huge Supreme Court victory, with the conservative justices seeming receptive to the arguments of the administration. The Washington Examiner reports:
An ideologically divided Supreme Court on Tuesday seemed likely to back the Trump administration’s efforts to add a citizenship question to the 2020 census.
For roughly 80 minutes, the justices heard arguments in a challenge to Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross’s decision to include a question about citizenship on the census form, which lower court judges have found to be a violation of federal law and the Constitution.
AdvertisementBut the court’s five conservative justices appeared poised to allow the question to remain on the census and seemed sympathetic to the Trump administration’s argument that a citizenship question was needed to bolster enforcement of the Voting Rights Act.
By contrast, the arguments at times turned tense as the more liberal justices pressed Solicitor General Noel Francisco about concerns that including a citizenship question could depress responses from Hispanics and noncitizens in particular.
The citizenship answers in the census would not be used for law enforcement purposes or redistricting, but would instead inform the true numbers of illegals that reside in the country. With an ever greater number of illegals entering the country, it remains essential to secure elections for all citizens of America.

Why is the Census count of citizenship so important? Ans. We will be amazed to discover how many millions of voters are not citizens! They have migrated as illegals and many have become illegal voters in major blue states! The impact in 2020 will be huge as voters discover just before election how their nation has been stolen by illegal voters.

As far as a citizen count, the key word is citizen. Non-citizens shouldn’t be counted in a Census CITIZEN count. What the leftists are afraid of are, as you stated, the illegals aliens. They are not here legally and should not be here to begin with but should definitely not be counted as part of the Census count, should never be allowed to vote and should be deported. A lot of people claim that Hitlery won the popular vote. Voter fraud was discovered that included deceased “voters”, illegal voters, voting more than once in more than one state. The count so far of illegal voting was over 3 million – I believe that’s approx. what Hitlery would have won by. Voter fraud is still being investigated and corrected but Pres. Trump definitely also won by popular vote. There weren’t enough Hitlery brainwashed Dems who would vote for her.
