President Trump Warns Democrats
President Trump has warned Democrats that any shutdown will be on their hands, now that the House has passed a bill with $5 billion in wall funding. The Daily Caller reports:
President Donald Trump said he was prepared for a long government shutdown during a bill signing ceremony Friday, as the U.S. Senate is expected to reject a bill that provides $5 billion for a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.
“We are totally prepared for a very long shut down. This is our only chance that we will ever have in our opinion,” Trump declared of his chances at securing funding for his proposed wall. Trump frequently said that it is “totally up to the Democrats” on whether they want to reject the bill or not.

The bill was passed by the House of Representatives Thursday night and fully provides the requested $5 billion for the border wall. The passage of the bill is particularly noteworthy because Democratic House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi told Trump in the Oval Office last week that he did not have the votes in the House for such a bill.
Trump’s declaration comes after he urged Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to use the nuclear option to end the filibuster in the upper chamber, securing the bill’s passage.
The upcoming shutdown will be politically tough, and will all come down to optics. Who will the American people blame? Chuck Schumer or Donald Trump?

This is the #SchumerShutDown. The loser Democrats want $11 billion to be sent to Mexico and Central America, yet can’t come up with $5 billion for the wall. The priorities for the Democrats is to support illegal aliens over the American citizens. Every shut down this past year has been with the Democrats on the side of the illegal aliens, and President Trump being on the side of the American people. Congress needs to go with the nuclear option and pass the bill in the Senate and get this thing moving. Then, President Trump should not sign any bills for the Democrats once they take over in 2019.
When the government is shut down congress should have to work without pay until they get this thing figured out and not get reimbursed for their time off the clock.
I have not seen where Congress pay times are set in Constitution. I do see that while all in office, their pay will not be cut, or changed. However, with not pay date set, suspend their pay, until the end of the government shutdown. They caused it. Donald Trump campaigned before all constituents, in USA, and those in office, on certain platform. Wall (of what ever consistency, fence, high canyon walls, big trucks, large buildings, men, drones, sensors, no matter what the barrier is) just as long as Border Patrol or Agents and keep illegal invaders out. Nancy Pelosi stated she could vote for a barrier and security. BUILD THE WALL. Make it harder to cross or penetrate. And do it now. We have waited too long, and Democrats have promised, and then reneged. Time to get it done.

We need the wall for a lot of reasons. First our safety but there are other reasons like our voting integrity.
If president Trump fails to get the wall no matter how hard he has tried it will hurt him for 2020. He needs that wall so he can say he kept his promise. The only thing is this promise he can’t do on his own and that is the problem. Wall or no wall I will still vote for him because he has done his level best to get it and been sabotaged by the DEMS.
