An escaped inmate has made threats against Donald Trump. PJ Media reports:
U.S. Marshals and State Police are closing in on a Pennsylvania man who is wanted for threatening President Trump and other high-profile government officials.
Federal agents have searched five states in an effort to track down Shawn Christy,27, of McAdoo, Pa., who is accused of threatening to shoot President Trump in the head in a now-deleted post on social media. Christy is also wanted on several arrest warrants in Pennsylvania, “including burglary, violating probation, and failing to appear in court for an aggravated assault case.”
Christy and his father have a history of harassing former Alaska governor and 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin and her family beginning in the summer of 2009.
“There’s a level of obsession here that elevates the conduct from merely creepy to truly threatening,” Assistant U.S. Attorney John Gallagher reportedly said of the father and son in 2011.
