President Trump Has A Message For John Brennan
President Trump has taken to Twitter to criticize former CIA director John Brennan. Fox News reports:
A growing number of top intelligence community veterans from the Obama era are calling out ex-CIA director John Brennan for his attacks on President Trump, even as some take issue with the president’s decision to revoke Brennan’s security clearance.
Meanwhile, Trump on Monday derided Brennan as a “political hack” and dared him to follow through on his threat to file a lawsuit in response.
Brennan has been relentless in publicly attacking Trump. He famously accused the president of “treasonous” behavior and suggested, without evidence, on cable television that the Russians could have compromising information on him.
Some former intelligence veterans – including those who worked with Brennan – are expressing discomfort with Brennan’s comments, saying they are improperly political and speculative.
Many have come to side against Brennan, including some on the left, over what they see as personal enrichment from his security clearance and a discrediting of the work done by the intelligence agencies.

You hit the nail right on the head. – No Job, No Clearance. And clearance or not. What possible NEED TO KNOW classified information would a has been like this clown or the cackling witch have any legitimate use for? Just more elitist bullshit that we need to bring to a screeching halt.
If you do not NEED a clearance then you shouldn’t have one.
I retired on 1 Nov 1976, and my Top Secret clearance was voided in September, before. I had accumulated lot of leave time, and used last 30 days as leave, paid for the other days. I had no further requirement for a clearance, and my retirement orders also , requied that I avoid flying, driving, or visiting any of the countries listed by State Department as hostile for next two years.
——-With the kind of work Brennen was involved with, while in position, there is not need to continue that, or giving him any access to others, since he was being very destructive to our intelligence agencies, in focusing them on spying on Americans, when they should have been investigating what Russia, China, and Iran was up to. In his position, he had too much influence on the other agencies, and an organized COUP was underway, as a Deep State, within our government. When he left, that group went off the rails. We still have not removed many who was involved with that, or knew of it, and did not report it. Serving from Oct 50 to Nov 76, 24 years of my 26, was with security clearance. So had much experience with the working end and safeguarding classified information.
Brennan, and many politicians, should be changed as regular as babies’ diapers – and for the same reason!
