New Evidence of Clinton Investigation Rigging
A key charge against Clinton in her email scandal was “gross negligence”, but it is reported that the Obama DOJ ordered the FBI not too pursue this avenue. The Daily Caller reports:
The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) reportedly instructed the FBI to ignore “gross negligence” as a reason for charging former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server to conduct classified government business.
The direction might have enabled the DOJ to ensure a favorable outcome for the FBI’s investigation into Clinton’s email, the Epoch Times reported Monday regarding private testimony it says it has obtained.
AdvertisementPrivate congressional testimony discussed an email reportedly sent from a nameless individual in the FBI general counsel’s office to Bill Priestap, the bureau’s assistant director of counterintelligence. The correspondence dictated the “available statutes for prosecuting the former Secretary of State,” and these did not include “gross negligence,” according to the Epoch Times.
Ryan Breitenbach, who was then the House majority counsel, expressed bewilderment that gross negligence was not included in the reasons for charging Clinton while the same criterion was utilized to issue a search warrant to gather information in the Clinton investigation.
The Clinton email fiasco is proof that not all citizens are equal before the law, and the privileged like Clinton will escape punishment unless the people restore accountability in Washington.

If Hillary gets off the hook, after the General was fired, demoted and kicked out of the military for “leaking” a couple of items to his girlfriend, and SHE leaked so much, that Russia and China both were jumping for joy. That’s the tip of the iceberg with her. She also did Benghazi and pay for play. Yet, we can’t get her on anything? Really? When you are done, go after Obama, who directed all this BS, he’s SO guilty…due process.

She will die of a thousand cuts, not by a single massive blow. Most likely, however, it will be failure of her health that will tend to save her from facing justice while alive to feel its sting.
She met the wrong poor boy and no doubt has come close to regretting it many times. They both sought careers of power and got it, but history will provide hardly a footnote.
If we want to legitimize the FBI and the DOJ, we have to make sure that equal justice prevails for all. Hillary and Obama must be dealt with, just like any other criminal. They are both guilty as sin and the American people want them punished. The FBI and the DOJ will always be disrespected and believed to always be crooked until Hillary and Obama are dealt with and punished. Let us reinstate the honesty and respect into those organizations that Obama has so thoroughly ripped apart by indicting Hillary and Obama for treason, murder and other horrific crimes against the American people. If the FBI or the DOJ is EVER to gain back its reputation as a premier law enforcement agency, they MUST apply the law equally and without prejudice or privilege to the suspect!
We are living in a two-tiered legal system. Democrats can do anything and get away with it. Republicans can get indicted and convicted for almost anything, including so-called “process crimes.”

Why bother with reporting all of these , almost daily , Reports of something that has come to light or has showed here and there and Hi Liar y Clinton may now be prosecuted. After all these years , Nobody in the United States Government will ever prosecute Bill or Hillary Clinton, none of the Obama’s, None of the FBI or CIA Stooges that broke hundreds of Laws.
