Democrats’ Shocking Delay of Judge Kavanaugh
Chairman Grassley has called out Democrats for not wanting to participate in an investigation into Kavanaugh. The Washington Examiner reports:
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley on Wednesday rejected the idea of having the FBI investigate sexual assault claims against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, and said he is still working to have Kavanaugh’s accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, testify in his committee next week.
“No other OUTSIDE investigation is necessary for the Cmte to do its investigation,” Grassley tweeted Wednesday morning. “Don’t know why Dems are refusing to cooperate in the cmte’s investigation I hope Dems will join me.”
AdvertisementGrassley’s declaration came hours after Ford said she will not attend a hearing with Kavanaugh scheduled for Monday that was meant to give her a chance to tell her story to committee members. He said he still wants her to show up, even if her comments are taken in private, with no cameras running.
Ford’s decision not to show up tracks with Senate Democrats who have sought a delay in the process so the FBI can investigate the alleged incident, which dates back 36 years and lacks many details.
Why are the Democrats not attempting to get to the bottom of this? Is it because they don’t care about the process, only trying to delay Kavanaugh as much as possible?

There is no statute of limitation of Rape in Maryland where this was supposed to have happened all this woman needs to do is contact the Maryland Police and charge Kavanaugh with rape, he will be picked up and the police will investigate. Of course she doesn’t want to do this since she cannot prove her allegations, she has no witnesses, she has already stated that she can’t remember where this took place other than a house in Maryland, She can’t remember how she got to this house and she can’t remember how she got home but she can remember that it was Kavanaugh that did it. This is just one more attempt by the Democrats to delay this process, if it wasn’t then why didn’t Feinstein bring up this letter as soon as she received it in July, If it isn’t why hasn’t Feinstein joined with the other members of the Senate Judiciary Committee and interviewed both Ford and Kavanaugh
1- At no time sis she ever sledge “Rape” which requires perpetration. She never mentioned this.
2. This was a juvenile matter. 36 yeas is a bit long to charge someone with delinquency.
3. Any cop that took this as anything but an unfounded complaint has to be on drugs.
There is zero point no evidence that he even knew who she was let alone tried to make out with her. ,,,, OH and BTW, If she says she was drunk SHE is guilty of delinquency by her own admission. You going to take the word of an admitted juvenile delinquent?

I’m not sure of this but I read that Ford is 51 and Kavanaugh is 44 so if she said this happened when she was 15 that would make him 7, doesn’t add up to her BS.

She was supposed to be 14, 15, 16, 17, and he was 2 years older at the time. Closest I saw show her at 51, and him 53. She atteneded girls only HS and he attended nearby boys, catholic HS, and nowhere has it been listed as being a planned party between the two schools. In fact, actual numbers at party are vague, just as all the other details are vague. Strikes me as a 51 year old woman in mid-life change, where she and husband was in counseling together few years before. What was that about, if not problem between them. Wife and I had some of that in her change of life, since she had problems with cramps and excessive problems with bleeding. But we worked through it, in spite of the counseling (bit over board in our thinking) now that we look back. I am 89, wife is 83, and we have been married 66 years. City girl (Denver) , and I was farm raised in youth in Ohio. She was born 1935, and I was born 1929, so we have lived through many changes in administrations, some good, some bad, some so-so.
Democrats still cannot get over the fact their anointed candidate that was expected to win bit the dust by a non-politician novice. So the country is facing four years at the minimum of obstruction and partisan politics which is not in the interest of American citizens. If it were not for the fact I live in a state monopolized by Democrats, I would change my registration to the GOP. But since primaries are decidedly one sided in Maryland, being a registered Democrat allows me to vote against the career establishment politicians who think they have a lock on lifetime positions. The current SCOTUS BS is a good example of how screwed up this government is and makes a clear case for term limits in Congress since the motivation of career p9liticiams is all about power and not about what is best for the American people. Dear Mr President, Please you need to use the Nuclear deal for Juge Kavanaugh in order to get him in the Supreme Court. That is the only way at this point. If Obama can do it then you also can do the same. Besides, you are a way better President than him any day of the week.

Tony Winters, the accuser (Christineine Balsey Ford) is not accusing Bret Kavanaugh of rape, but sexual assault. She said he grabbed her breast outside her clothes, then put his hand over her mouth to present her from being heard. This is still a “she said, he said” assault case and can not be proven. Of course, this happened 36 years ago, so perhaps Ms Ford’s memory has failed her.
So Diane Feinstein should be prosecuted for holding on to this information for 6 weeks and not even mentioning it to Bret Kavanaugh when she questioned him. Then when it looks like Kavanaugh would be voted in, she brings up this nebulous letter she has been holding for 6 weeks. Sounds more like a scam to me.
Look at the lawyer Christine Balsey Ford has. She is a longtime Democratic activist and donor. Katz has, in the past, defended men accused of sexual assault by multiple women, including former President Bill Clinton and disgraced former U.S. Senator Al Franken (D-MN).
And she is a part of the “resist” movement, the anti-President Donald Trump crowd.
