Massive Illegal Alien Social Security Scam Exposed
A massive Social Security scam has been discovered, to furnish illegal aliens with fake documents. The Washington Examiner reports:
Nearly 40 million Social Security numbers have been stolen and used by illegal immigrants and others to get work, according to agency records obtained by an immigration reform group.
The Immigration Reform Law Institute said that from 2012 to 2016 there were “39 million instances where names and Social Security numbers on W-2 tax forms did not match the corresponding Social Security records.”
AdvertisementThe group said that there is a “thriving black market” used by illegal immigrants to get Social Security numbers needed to get a job.
Their report draws attention to a move by former President Barack Obama to stop sending so-called “no match” letters to employers notifying them that numbers used by employees on the wage forms do not match their identity.
The threat of identity theft is a serious criminal issue, that could threaten the retirement of thousands of seniors.

No warnings! Just load up the paperwork and raid their listed employers. That’s just a start, but it cuts into the mechanism that ILLEGALS are using. Line them up, if they are found to be ILLEGAL, then out the door back to where they came from. Since many are working as “contractors” raid construction sites and again, line them up. If ILLEGAL, out! It will take time, but the word will get out and “self-deportation” will occur AND GROW! Better for them to leave with what they accumulated than be deported empty handed!

If an American citizen did it there would be hell to pay–why do these criminals always get a pass. Three strikes and you’re out. First strike is violating US immigration law by stepping onto US soil without state and federal authorities knowing when and where you came from. The second strike is violating US immigration law by working.
The third strike is obtaining false documentation. Anyone caught with any of these strikes should be photographed, finger printed and DNA tested then deported. Any unlawful reentry should result in instant removal to Quantanamo then deported.
These Illegal Aliens will be using these stolen Social Security numbers to Vot in the American Elections Illegally as well. That is why these Democrats are giving them the stolen S.S.Numbers. That is what is going on and that is the main reason. The Illegal Voting.

No one has ever heard the Democrat/Liberal argument that these illegals help Social Security stay afloat. They say they pay SS on illegal cards and can never collect the money. I have heard it many times.

I was working Security here in Mich., full time, and they knew I couldn’t be working full time in TEXAS!!!!

One solution to the problem of the stolen SS number, take all the money the illegal paid in to the fake SS number and apply it to the account of the legitimate holder of the number, it will take away the illegals claim on SS but it will add to the money when the government figures what a person will draw when it comes time for retirement

I have had employees send the firm to get what they paid in and estimate of what they would get st retirement and the government would reply with amounts the person and employer (me) knew was not paid by them. I am ashamed to admit it but one time it was a large sum of money (like many using his number). He was going to notify the government and I told him not to let the government catch it. If they do not you will get more benefits.

Cp has it exactly right. We need photo IDs with proof of citizenship and residency and members of ICE at every voting location to enforce it. We need this to happen before the 2018 midterms otherwise there will never be another legitimate election in this country.
From the moment it is detected that the number doesn’t match with name and birth date, it should be flagged. And, a investigation should begin. I’m sure there are minor errors that occur, but, it should be immediately evident if the name does not match. Anyone using a child’s S.S. no. should face a large fine and/or jail time. If it is an illegal alien, that person should be deported, immediately, & their wages confiscated. Any wages owed, should be given to the person whose number they are using. If a person is found to be selling or distributing another person’s number, they should be automatic 5-10 yr sentence for each number sold.
And what will be done about it….ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

There is something about the SS # even with obama that hasn’t been fully investigated. It was only lightly checked by the gop when obama was elected. Remember obama had his many lawyers but that info so we couldn’t see it. It was put under exec privilege , remember.!!
