President Trump is issuing a major call to all Republicans in Congress to stay united against Democrats in the emergency declaration showdown. Fox News reports:
President Trump on Wednesday urged fellow Republicans to “stay united” in the face of a Democrat-led effort to nix his declaration of a national emergency at the border.
“Senate Republicans are not voting on constitutionality or precedent, they are voting on desperately needed Border Security & the Wall,” he tweeted. “Our Country is being invaded with Drugs, Human Traffickers, & Criminals of all shapes and sizes. That’s what this vote is all about. STAY UNITED!”

While most Republicans in the Senate have supported Trump’s executive order, enough have expressed their disapproval that the measure could pass once it reaches the Senate. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., told a crowd in Kentucky on Saturday night that he “can’t vote to give extra-constitutional powers to the president.”
It all comes down to a few Republican votes in the Senate. Will they support the President?

I truly wish the Congress would support the President and this means both the house and senate. This is not some fantasy crisis but a serious threat to our sovereignty. It is sad to watch the unprofessional Democrats who talk disrespectful to the Secartary of Homeland Defense. The Border Patrol and Immigrations and Customs Enforcement are on the frontlines doing the job. You in the Congress sit high and mighty in DC far removed from reality. It is time to stop playing politics and make a decision as law makers to stop this crisis. Americans are watching and we are not happy with the childish actions of Congress. Mr. President keep pushing hard as the American people will be voting to rid congress of the congressional misfits.

The Democrats remind me of the phrase in the lyrics of the Hall & Oates hit song “Rich Girl”: “High and dry, out of the rain, it’s so easy to hurt others when you feel no pain.” Aimed right at you, Ms. Pelosi (among many others).
Democrats and RHINOS only care about one thing, keeping their seats in Congress and raking in all the millions of dollars they can get. On a Congress persons salary they should never become millionaires without doing something devious that hurts the United States. After being elected to Congress they forget the voters and taxpayers and focus on their on wishes even if it means destroying the US.
If the Republicrats don’t support the President then they shouldn’t count on any support from him on legislation or on reelection.
Any Republican that doesn’t vote for the wall I intend to write down and remember when they com up for re-election. There is no excuse for them to betray our and their president.
Obama declared several national emergencies and no one had a problem with it at all. This is pure hate by some, or possibly jealous.
