Liberal Activist Group Offers Cash Bounties for the Location of Supreme Court Justices
The protest group ShutDownDC is asking service industry workers in the DC area to alert them if they spot conservative Supreme Court justices, offering up to $300 in cash for confirmed sightings.
The group is specifically targeting the six conservative Justices who voted to overturn Roe v. Wade. It posted a tweet with the details of its bounty program.

The group seems to be motivated by an incident Wednesday night, when Justice Kavanaugh was forced to exit Morton’s Steakhouse through the back door after protesters discovered he was inside, as reported by the Daily Caller.
It also seems to be in violation of Twitter’s terms of service, which does not allow users to “incite others” in the “targeted harassment of someone”.
ShutDownDC is the organization behind “Shut Down SCOTUS”, which was intended to blockade the streets around the Supreme Court building, though the streets were preemptively closed ahead of the decision.

That is typical of liberals. They say they are the party of tolerance but that doesn’t match their actions which are similar to the Gestapo. Isn’t it against federal laws to harass judges in any way? Silence from law enforcement. Our country is literally going down the tubes.

The demented folks on progressive socialist side of the political aisle, i.e. groups such as “ShutDownDC/SCOTUS”, seem to think that the majority of the citizens of this country believe as they do–abortion on demand should be the law. This is far from the truth. Back in 1973, when the SCOTUS erroneously legislated Roe v Wade into law, they far overstepped their constitutional bounds as only the House and Senate have the power to pass legislation. Those of us who opposed the actions of the Court did not behave as these anarchists are doing. We didn’t threaten the justices, we didn’t protest in front of their homes, etc. Instead, we set about attempting to get the ruling overturned. It took us almost 50 years of peaceful protesting to achieve our goal; but constitutional justice has finally been achieved. And now, with the legitimate overturning of the unconstitutional law, you can definitely see the difference between the behavior of conservatives vs liberal progressives. Conservatives used the rule of law to achieve their goal, the progressive liberals use “mob rule” and threaten violence. Now, I ask you–which comes down on the side of sanity? Especially when you consider that abortion is still obtainable in any number of states.
Abortion on DEMAND, then you want to murder a living being up to and even shortly after birth? “F” you and may you roe in hell.
PLEASE reread Jane’s comment slowly AND carefully. I don’t believe she advocated for abortion on demand in any shape, manner, or form. To the contrary, she alluded to opposing the Lefts’ desire for such an unbiblical belief.

Surely you’re not advocating we conservatives, let alone Christians, should’ve advocated murdering the Justices we firmly ruled incorrectly AND tragically. I believe we’re on the same side!

One more critical point. If someone has made the tragic mistake of having an abortion for the sake of convenience or advocates for such, as I believe most abortions are for, shouldn’t we believers admonish and pray for them that they repent as well?

No it’s so much better to ensure that the mother has to sacrifice education or career, endure health risks and financial burdens. I think since she is expected to do that, the father should quit his job and raise it.

Jane: as you can see from Mr Robinette’s reply, a lot of people on our side have difficulty reading and understanding more than a sentence or two, especially if they are more than subject + verb phrase. In future, break long paragraphs up into two- or three-sentence mini-paragraphs, and make your sentences simple.
Many people just scan longer sentences, looking for keywords with which to be triggered. So you must make your sentences short, avoiding subordinate clauses, conditionals, and other grammatical constructions which give this sort of person difficulty.
Sad, but these are the times we live in.
Another point in writing anything is the spell check programs whose writers seem to think they know better what a person wishes to say. I think these programmers need to stick to JUST spelling checks and leave word modifications alone. Example, I typed in “Chris” and the “know it all’s” program changed it to “Christian”. I wish I knew who writes these programs, better, who makes them part of a website. Google, maybe. Google has gotten to big for their britches.

ShutdownDC, or whatever name they choose needs to be shut down if they persist more so if they are violent. Harassing anyone, or a group for a decision or action they do not like can become terrorism. If that is their intent, then the laws against terrorism need to be enforced. They assemble to protest a conservative judge, that would be a good time to demonstrate law and order by arresting all of them. As for a right to abortion, that is just a way of making everyone else pay for their inability to say no, and enforce it. I believe, personally, that abortion is murder. The developing baby did nothing wrong.
