Republican Lawmaker Says He Will Not Vote for Trump in 2024 Presidential Primary
Elected Republicans are becoming more willing to speak out against Trump as a candidate, seemingly moved by the case being presented against him by the House select committee and his ongoing response to the 2020 election results.
Don Bacon (R-NE) became the latest to publicly state that Trump would not be his ideal candidate.
He made the comments on Sunday’s “Meet the Press“, saying, “We have to learn the lesson of ‘Why did we lose in 2020?’ It was the comportment and the temperament. And yes, a democracy respects elections. And our president should have respected the conclusion [in 2020], particularly when all the court cases were figured out.”
Trump has repeatedly hinted at launching another presidential campaign, but has stopped short of making any official announcements. Many have speculated that Trump intends to use the 2022 midterms as a barometer of his remaining influence over the Republican party and that his candidates’ successes – or failures – will be a major determining factor leading up to his decision to run.
Apparently Don Bacon hasn’t been informed of the reason Trump lost, it’s cheating simple as that. All these states have found issues like AZ with ballots that were printed on the wrong paper thousands of them. Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia as well but nobody seems to have the guts to follow through also judges that won’t look at evidence and thrown things out for standing not for lack of evidence. If you let them cheat once and get away with it they will do it again.
Maybe Mr Bacon is the one nobody should vote for the next time he’s up for re-election, what an idiot!
Bacon needs to learn the lessons of why Trump did not lose in 2020 and why election integrity must be established in this country.
In contrast to Trump and his large enthusiastic crowds during the campaign (resulting in a record vote for a Republican for President – 75 million), Biden was in his basement for the most part and could not attract a crowd once he did emerge from the basement, and Biden blurted out the truth on October 24, 2020. Biden’s exact words: “We have put together the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” There was no “context” that explains away these words. It was a Kinsley gaffe (when a politician says something true that he intended to stay hidden).
Are we to believe that a doddering Biden, who developed no connection to the American People, got 16 million more legal votes than did Hillary in 2016 and Obama in 2012 and 12 million more legal votes than a seemingly charismatic Obama in 2008? No way. It took coordination for swing states all to stop counting around midnight when Trump was ahead and in the middle of the night have statistically impossible massive Biden vote dumps. Twenty of twenty-one bellwether counties went for Trump. Ohio, Florida and Iowa all went for Trump handily – since 1852, when that happened, the candidate who won those states even by small margins won the election, except in 1960 when there were charges of and later convictions for vote fraud. The foregoing cannot be reconciled without Democrat vote fraud and is actually just for starters for the proof of Democrat vote fraud involving the specific states.
The 2020 vote fraud was made possible by lax procedures as to mail in voting and absentee ballots: no signature verification, lack of chain of custody documentation, no matching with voter registration rolls. There was also ballot harvesting, corrupt election officials allowing ballot dumping and Dominion vote counting machines that weighted votes and were connected to the internet allowing for foreign hacking. There were more mail in ballots counted than mail in ballots mailed out in Pennsylvania; the thousands of affidavits attesting to vote fraud are stunning (e.g. a UPS driver who drove 100,000 fraudulent ballots from New York to Pennsylvania); there are videos of legal ballots for Trump being destroyed; there are videos of ballot box stuffing; there were millions of votes cast that had only a Presidential choice made.
Had Biden really got the record vote, do you think that less than a year into the Biden Presidency there would be jeers of “Let’s Go Brandon” and the New York Times and CNN would be speculating about his replacement? Biden has never had an approval rating commensurate with his having received a record vote. You don’t get elected President, much less with a record vote, without a connection with a significant portion of the American People, and you don’t lose that kind of connection in less than one year.
In the last Limbush Letter before Rush passed, Rush stated his belief there had been massive vote fraud.
Like I said once before online, let us hope that his state will vote to ‘bring home the Bacon’ and serve him with scrambled egg on his face (?). A typical Swamp creature!
I also won’t vote for President Trump in the primary. He has had his time and has too much baggage, even though he was an excellent President and was cheated out of re-election. That ship, unfortunately, has sailed. If Trump is nominated, I will certainly vote for him in the general election. I’m just concerned about independent voters.
Not their non-existant “case”; the simple fact is between the leftist haters in both parties, added together, & the codified cheats, to run Trump again is to hand the election to whatever the Dems choose to run. That simple. The PTB will NOT allow him to be elected again. Wake up to smell the coffee on that.
The REPUBLICANS just don’t get it, they will not stick together like the DUMOCRAP will do. President TRUMP is trying to change the way they think and stick together as a team. If they would stick together just think what could get done to make American great again. ITS THAT SIMPLE.
