Liz Cheney Highlights ‘Rule of Law’ in Official Reelection Launch

Representative Liz Cheney (R-WY) officially announced her reelection bid, seeking her seat for the fourth time even as her own party has largely turned against her.

“Some things have to matter,” Cheney said in her announcement video. “American freedom, the rule of law, our founding principles, the foundations of our republic matter. What we do in this election in Wyoming matters.”

The race is another test for former President Donald Trump, who sees removing Cheney as a top priority.

According to The Hill, Trump will stump for her opponent, attorney Harriet Hageman, at a rally this Saturday which will include video statements from House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and Representative Elise Stefanik (R-NY). In-person speakers will include Representatives Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and Lauren Boebert (R-CO).

Cheney became the black sheep of the Republican party after voting for Trump’s second impeachment and becoming the vice-chair of the House select committee investigating the events on January 6th.

The Cheney family has deep ties in Wyoming politics and the Congresswoman has beaten her primary challengers to date by large margins. But even the state Republican Party has criticized her in recent months.

She was censured by the state party after her impeachment vote and it went on to vote to no longer recognize her as a member of the GOP.

She thinks SHE matters — and guess what? SHE doesn’t.

I wish you all the success you’re entitled too. Your membership in Pelosi’s Illegal Jan 6 committee speaks to your team player attitude, but for the other side.

Just because Cheney thinks being Hillary Clinton’s most liked RINO means something…it no longer means votes

Byebye Liz. I hope you have some experience in herding cattle in Wyoming (or a nice hobby) because you are going to have a lot of free time.

SHE DARES TO TALK ABOUT THE RULE OF LAW WHEN HER NO GOOD FOR NOTHING FATHER WAS INVOLVED IN THE MURDER OF INNOCENT PEOPLE IN 911?!! DOES SHE REALLY THINK HER TREASON WILL GO UNNOTICED? SHE IS UNDER GOD’S JUDGEMENT AND SHE LIKE ALL THE OTHER TREASONOUS TROLLS WILL PAY DEARLY FOR THEIR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY!!!
