SCOTUS Nominee Stumbles on Gender

Biden’s Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson said she could not define the word “woman”.

Republican Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) asked a simple question.

“Can you provide a definition for the word ‘woman?’”

Biden’s nominee could not provide an answer. Saying she was not a biologist, Ketanji Brown Jackson said the definition required context. The senator asked if the term “woman” is too controversial and unclear for Jackson, who replied that her role as a judge is to resolve disputes about definitions and make decisions after reviewing the controversy.

“The fact that you can’t give me a straight answer about something as fundamental as what a woman is, that underscores the dangers of the kind of progressive education that we are hearing about,” Blackburn said. “Just last week, an entire generation of young girls watched as our taxpayer-funded institutions permitted a biological man to compete and beat a biological woman in the NCAA Swimming Championships.

Blackburn then asked what message Lia Thomas’ string of victories sends to young biological girls. Jackson would only say the topic is being “hotly discussed” and could potentially reach the Supreme Court for a decision.

The question was not about gender. It was about sex. Gender is grammatical as in him/her. Sex is biological as in male/female.

You set aside your religious beliefs when you make your decisions? This is called whishy washy! The Lord will vomit you out! A judge that doesn’t know the biological difference between a man or a woman? Let me refresh your memory! I “created them male and female”! That a passage your so called religion doesn’t care to hear? These questions I ask in Jesus name!

She has claimed her faith on various occasions. However, she’s on the side of EVERYTHING that will lead her to the fires of you all know what?
I can’t stand this turd, and have called many Republican senators to not vote for her. Please do the same.

I am quite sure that if they asked Jackson why we need traffic lights her reply would be “I would need to know the context of what you are asking”! She has failed to answer even one direct question about her personal feeling on any subject. The almost comical is when she was asked about judges following “precedent” and her reply was that lower court judges should follow precedent when making decisions. Yet when faced with the question about a case where she was questioned about the sentence she gave a criminal found guilty of child pornography her answer directly conflicted her answer on precedent. Child pornography laws call, precedent and other judges sentencing called for a sentence of 10 years in jail. However, against sentencing guidelines, precedent and other j6dges rulings she gave the criminal 3 months in jail! 3 months for a hideous crime instead of 10 years! I think that the victims and their families could have understood, not liked, a leaner sentence of say 8 years, but 3 months is plainly ridiculous and in my mind disqualifies her from consideration as a SCOTUS Justice.

Folks, I happened to be watching at that time. She chose not to answer!
She didn’t want to upset the crazies on the left who are overwhelmingly supporting her. She’s an activist, that’s enough for me for her to stay out of the SCOTUS. All the pedophile cases, where she chose lesser sentences, makes me livid!
How would she like a pedo messing with her two future activist kids?
This woman is crazy. Her parents did a good job with the indoctrination.
Yet, look at their accomplishments?
You just can’t fix stupid with dark skin.
