Chief Justice Roberts Denies Bid to Block Mask Mandates on Planes

On Thursday, Chief Justice John Roberts rejected a bid to block the federal mask mandates for airplanes.

The Hill reports:

The emergency request was filed by a Florida man on behalf of himself and his 4-year-old autistic son, who both claim to be medically incapable of wearing masks for extended periods, according to court papers.

They were joined by another man, Lucas Wall, who claims he is “stranded at his mother’s residence” in Florida because the federal mask mandate bars him from flying. Wall, who says he is unable to wear a mask due to an anxiety disorder, posted a YouTube video of his failed effort to board a flight without a mask and created a GoFundMe page to raise money off his multiple lawsuits targeting the public health measure.

Roberts, who handles emergency requests from Washington, D.C., where the case arose, denied the request without comment — and without referring the matter to the other justices, a sign that he thought the claim lacked legal merit.

Under an executive order signed by President Biden, the Transportation Security Administration requires passengers on airplanes and other public transportation to wear masks to reduce the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, which has killed more than 790,000 in the U.S.

When any Judge or Justice starts making decisions based on their opinion, the court system is in real trouble. All decisions should be based on the laws of this USA or the laws created by the Constitution.

Justice Roberts should not be the Chief Justice. He really doesn’t even belong being a Judge, the man doesn’t have the backbone to enforce the law, He looks for the easy way out. American citizens are being mandated to travel by wearing a mask or take the experimental vax. That’s when we need the Constitution to protect us, and that is his job. Not going to cocktail parties and embracing the so-called elite. A waste of the taxpayers’ money, living off the ones he despises

An experienced lawyer before the U.S. Supreme Court in the last year referred to Justice Thomas as Mr. Chief Justice. Roberts was quick to say the position was not open. In truth, Justice Thomas should be Chief Justice Thomas. He has the moral courage and jurisprudential foundation that Roberts lacks.

Justice Roberts has been compromised, and should step down as chief justice, he can’t be trusted for any conservative case, as he is more of a liberal than anything.

People in this country are dining from covid because the healthcare system refuses to treat when symptoms first appear. They send you home without medicine until you are having trouble breathing. Only then will they treat the patient. this is happening because our government has banned the drugs that can help at onset of illness. That needs to be changed. Never has this protocol been used in treating illnesses.

The Progs have obviously got something on this poor man, for he continually makes decisions that are incongruous and contrary to reason, not to mention good jurisprudence or regard for the opinions of rank and file Americans.
