Newsmax and OAN get Sued
Dominion Voting has filed suit against Newsmax and OAN.
According to The Wall Street Journal:
WASHINGTON—One of the largest voting-machine companies in the U.S. on Tuesday sued two conservative media networks and a businessman it said had defamed it by spreading accusations that it rigged the 2020 election for President Biden.
AdvertisementDominion Voting Systems filed suits against Newsmax Media Inc. and Herring Networks Inc.’s One America News Network. Dominion also sued Patrick Byrne, the former chief executive of Overstock.com Inc., an online seller of furniture and other goods.
Dominion accused the two networks of defaming the company and its products by airing false reports that its machines switched votes from President Donald Trump to Mr. Biden. The company also said Mr. Byrne repeatedly and falsely alleged that Dominion rigged vote tallies to steal the 2020 presidential election for Mr. Biden. In each of the three lawsuits, Dominion is seeking more than $1.6 billion in damages, citing lost profit and other costs.
“Newsmax helped create and cultivate an alternate reality where up is down, pigs have wings, and Dominion engaged in a colossal fraud to steal the presidency from Donald Trump by rigging the vote,” the suit against Newsmax says.

Hasn’t proven fraudulent activity with similar machines been proven in foreign countries?. Specifically several South American elections. Are these things easily audited or difficult? Asking for a friend…. don’t need a lawsuit thanks.

They can’t get blood out of a stone and they know it but suing for billions sounds righteous to the gullible public.. From what I have read there seems to be enough information out there to prove that Dominion not only rigged machines in America but in Venezuela,and Brazil. Probably any other place they were used. I’m sure if you check any election that the left suspiciously won over a favored conservative candidate, Dominion machines were used.
Obviously Dominion is guilty as sin since they have blocked every effort to reveal the truth.
all dominion has to do is prove that their machines aren’t capable of doing what we’ve said they did. that should be simple to do. the fact that they can’t or won’t makes them guilty.

If they were false, and that has been proven untrue, they might have a slim chance of winning but, as it is, it is a last gasp for breath by dominion.

Looks like the roulette voting machine owners want to stop the opposition via lawsuits. How about suing them back for their fraud? If there is nothing to hide let the audits proceed. If there is something to hide then try to prevent the audit. Seems like there is something to hide!
Dominion is a joke they said they the machines weren’t connected to the internet but they were doing updates. Dominion brought laptops into restricted areas and they were the only ones who seem to have passwords, why wouldn’t the people leasing these machines have the passwords? Passwords they still won’t give up. I hope Dominion is bankrupt by the time this is over and those involved are in prison.

Does this mean that Dominion will now be obliged to actually release its records? The company has been less than cooperative or transparent when it comes to addressing the doubts raised about its system and its actions. However, IF they truly wish to be exonerated (and recompensed) by the courts, they are going to have to open their files and one strongly suspects that they have little intention of doing so. These numerous suits they’ve filed against their detractors (and these are but 3 of them), one suspects, are the real end goal – not resolution but bankruptcy. Force anyone who would raise any issue with ruinously expensive law suits. Let’s just say that I’ll be surprised if any of these suits survive the discovery process.
Who runs first? The guilty party. Who sues to keep the truth under wraps and the thwart investigation? You guessed it.
