Jim Jordan Reveals Why Nancy Pelosi Booted Him From the January 6th Commission
Jim Jordan ruffled Nancy Pelosi’s feathers and it ended up with him getting kicked off of the January 6th commission.
According to The Daily Wire:
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) accused House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) of throwing him off the January 6 House commission for pressing about her alleged role in the security breakdown at the Capitol that day.
Advertisement“The real question is, and I’ve said this many times, why weren’t those guys who testified today and all the other Capitol Hill police who protect us and protect Capitol Hill, why weren’t they given more help?” Jordan told Fox News host Bret Baier on Monday.
“Why wasn’t more help there that day? And the only person who can answer that question is the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives,” Jordan said. “And I think she thought we were going to keep raising that question, and that’s why she didn’t put me on [the committee].”
Pelosi barred both Jordan and Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) from the committee. Banks similarly blasted the House Speaker for refusing to answer questions concerning the security at the Capitol.
Jordan also said that he believes that Pelosi hesitated to call in the National Guard because of optics.

The president can only Nationalize and send in the Guard if requested but the Governors, etc. In this case Pelosi is in charge of the security and security forces at the Capital and Bowser is in essence the Governor for DC as it is not a state and she is the Mayor. In both instances when Trump requested they ask for the Guard they refused. Not only that but in all the Blue states where Antifa and BLM stirred up strife the Governors poo, posed Trump’s calls for sending in the Guard and refused to ask for them. It seems like you are he one who does not know what he is talking about the President can activate any guard unit he chooses with a simple phone call, and the Governor would have no say in it in any way. That falls under the National Emergency Act created by Congress. and that mob action of the Capitol, is a National Emergency as mentioned in the act.
Now according to sworn testimony, from White House persons Trump was laughing it up as this happened, really enjoying it, and he never did call up the National Guard.

That would be a good reason to keep Jordan off the committee, the committee is not there to find out why there was not more protection at the Capitol, the committee was set up to find out why it happened in the first place, and I would not be surprised to find that Jordan will be called to testify about what he knew about the incident. Jordan bringing up why the capitol was not better protected has no bearing on the event in any way, mainly because if the Mob had not been sent there the protection would not have been needed in the first place.
Jordan has no idea how dangerous of a footing this puts the Capitol in for future events, but it could be that Jordan does not like democracy and wants an Autocratic Government.
