America Offically Sees Reparations
Reparations are now a thing in America.
According to Town Hall:
The Illinois city of Evanston approved a reparations program Monday night for black Americans, making it the first city in America to carry out a program that seeks to redress past discriminatory practices.

Passed by a vote of 8-1, the first phase of reparations makes $400,000 available in $25,000 homeownership and improvement grants, plus mortgage assistance, for black residents who can prove they’re direct descendants of Evanston residents between the period of 1919 and 1969.
“Right now the whole world is looking at Evanston, Illinois. This is a moment like none other that we’ve ever seen, and it’s a good moment,” Ron Daniels, president of the National African American Reparations Commission, told The Washington Post.
Democrats in Congress are trying to pass H.R. 40 to create a commission to study the issue.

I’m sure it will NEVER BE ENOUGH! Then they will figure inflation and interest, then it will go on forever. My grand parents came to America in 1897 and 1900 from Germany so they missed the civil war and never owned any slaves. But “WHITE PRIVALAGE” will NEVER END until White people are slaves or wiped out. This just another layer of bondage on white people so the minorities can freely breed so we have to pay even more. As they get the money the killings in the HOOD will skyrocket as the THUGS take it from them. It’s already happened on the “Covid checks”. What are they going to do when White People can’t support them ass any longer? It’s getting to that point FAST, but that’s what Commie Joe Panty Sniffer and Toes up Harris want so we are dependent on the Commie Government. If anybody needs money for being screwed over is the NATIVE AMERICANS. Their land was stolen and treated way worse than other “Minorities” and helped the least. That so true. Native American Indian are the ones deserve reparations from being persecuted on their own land and then being put on reservation lands and living in poverty. Their the ones who deserve the money.

These people have not suffered under slavery. This is ridiculous! It’s another way for the government to take money from one group and give it to someone else. But this will create more division and hatred among groups. I’d be moving out of that city and state! If they want to pay, let the blacks pay themselves!
Isn’t there an equal protection clause in the Constitution? Don’t reparations” laws violate that clause?
During the Civil War 360,000+ plus Union soldiers died to give freedom to black people.
Will they be giving reparations to the families of the men who died, who never returned to their families?
Having 360,000+, men die for you and turn the lives of their parents, widows, children and families upside down seems like a lot of reparations already.
In fact, if you aren’t even grateful enough to say thank you to the families whose loved ones died for you, I doubt there is any amount of money that will satisfy you.
Through the years people raised money to send your relatives back to Africa and very few, outside of those who went to Liberia ever took them up on the right to return.
They could care less as they get cash for boozes, drugs and party, Bling, fancy cars etc. . There will be some that do good with it and many many more will just blow it. Keep brow beating the “White Man’ for stuff that happened 150+ years ago to keep cash coming in for as long as possible. Just another “Gimme, Gimme, crybaby group.” Pisses me off that people like General Colin Powel, Dr. Ben Carson and others raised above the stigma of being a “poor Stupid Black”. Are associated with the rest of them because they happen to be black. I’m sure there are others, but Jessie Jackson and Obummer and other race baiters (The little sawed off black race baiter that owes the IRS 4 million in back taxes but Obummer won’t let them collect it.) are ripping blacks off in many ways all the way to the bank.
What about the native Americans. We destroyed them. For worse than blacks that have never been to Africa.

Hello Dale, I’m lucky to be the first born in America,1945. Both my parents escaped from Communist Russia and Romania, I’m old now, my grands don’t remember why their great grands loved America. I and they believe in Jesus and, I believe they need more to help themselves from losing their country! Is prayer all I am able to offer? Israel defends itself.
The liberals are further dividing this country. This is the goal. Together we stand and divided we fall.

TAX and Credit Card DEBT / Consumer Salves. Slavery was ended in 1865 with end of the Civil War.
The Emancipation proclamation was signed in 1863. The money is theoretically available from 1919 to 1969. There wasn’t much slavery going on during those years. Let the lawsuits fly abundantly.
Actually there was a type of slavery until 1970’s. Where blacks were arrested for nothing offenses or fake debts they owed. Then leased out to farmers, lumber/ mining companies to work for nothing while the courts, counties were paid for their labor. Mostly in the south. Until the Federal Government decided to break it up.
The reparation money is to come from Cannabis Sales Taxes, so unless this is just the first step, the pot heads can fund all they want. Frankly, I’d be interested to see the number of black citizens who can meet requirements for reparations. PLEASE READ THE ARTICLE, I guess it’s accurate if it’s from Town Hall.

Years ago some Commie collage professors figured out to bankrupt America. That was to get as many as possible on welfare, over run the borders with illegals, dumb down all students until they can’t do anything. Comes right out of the Commie playbook to kill any country. I want to know who going to pay their high and mighty paycheck when there are no longer any students to dump down. They are using RED INK now and the dollar is pretty much worthless. Is this even legal, how many of those that will receive reparations were slaves, knew slaves or had anything taken from them.
I don’t hear anything about the carpet baggers that the government at that time gave permission for blacks to take whites property and finances and forcing black governors and other blacks representatives on the whites, now elections. Where is the reparations for those white families?
There is NOBODY who is “entitled” to ANY reparations for people affected by slavery. The practice ended with the passage of the Emancipation Proclamation 218 years ago! Former slaves and their descendants not only endured but many thrived through Jim Crow and other repressive things. We have Black (both male and female) CEO’s, PhD’s, Government officials, etc. Let’s not continue to “buy people off!”
