It is easy to enter the United States than it is to enter the U.S. Capitol. At least that is what Senator Marco Rubio is saying.

Florida Republican Senator Marco Rubio is blasting President Joe Biden’s immigration policies and pointing out that it’s easier to cross into the United States illegally than it is to visit the U.S. Capitol.

“What we end up with is utter ridiculousness. Today it is easier in many ways to show up at the border of the United States and gain entry into this country than it is for an American to come to the Capitol and see their member of Congress. We’ve got House members who have to go through a metal detection to go vote but if you show up at the border your ability to stay in the country, with a child, your ability to stay in the country has dramatically increased,” he continued. “We’re going to have hundreds-of-thousands of people because the word is out in Central America that if you show up with a child they’re going to let you in, they’re going to let you stay. You’re just going to see more and more people coming. It’s a terrible tragedy and by the way, it’s not good for this country either.

Rubio’s remarks come as the illegal immigration and unaccompanied minor crisis at the southern border continues to get worse. Back in Washington D.C. officials, the U.S. Capitol is still surrounded by fencing topped with razor wire and National Guard soldiers are still patrolling the area.
Every American should be appealed and concerned over the security measures being implemented at the U.S. Capitol. Troops occupy Washington D.C. and we have yet been shown who they are protecting it from.

Unless I am badly misinformed, it is Biden’s immigration policy it is the immigration law of this USA that Trump violated with his EO, to please his supporters. While at the same time Trump deported less illegals than the past two Presidents and the illegal population actually grew under Trump where it has declined under the last 3 Presidents.
The Presidents job description is to make sure laws in this USA as passed by Congress are followed to the letter, and in fact Trump tried hard to make his own laws, once again not what a President is suppose to do. Those immigration laws of this USA says anyone not agreeing to return across the border voluntarily is not suppose to be locked up they are suppose to be process and let loose in 20 days or less and when a court date is assigned return for their hearing, which according to ICE about 90% do, in many case the other 10% never get the letters telling them when or where to report. What so many seem to not understand is that the USA is the only Country in the Free World who treats illegals as we do. No other Country even bothers a illegal unless thy are convicted of a Felony based crime.

You are woefully misinformed. The Trump administration did not break immigration law, they attempted to enforce it. Multiple times their actions were opposed and resulted in court cases where if actions were deemed not lawful they were modified to meet the lawful standard the courts required.
According to the Center for Immigration studies since 1996 37% of all aliens free before trial disappeared from the court. 43% of aliens free pending trial failed to appear for court in 2017.

Those immigration Laws were actual written and passed by a Republican controlled House and Senate, and signed into law, by a Republican President.
The one big problem with Biden’s immigration plan is that it doesn’t enforce the law, as his oath of office requires of him. But, Obama’s policies also didn’t enforce the law, although I believe he took the same oath of office.
