Biden should be impeached for violating his oath of office by refusing to uphold the Constitution at the southern border, and no doubt there will be other valid charges to place against him as well. As soon ans we take over the House and the Senate in two years, the Articles of Impeachment should be filed and he should be convicted and thrown out of office. The Twenty Fifth Amendment may possibly be used for that purpose as well sine Biden is obviously demented and is unfit for office.

We have seen pictures of teachers on wonderful vacations while our students suffer to the point where some have committed Suicide

I think that the comment that sone teachers like teaching from hone has some truth for sone teachers but teachers I know want to be back in the classroom because they really miss getting to know their kids.
I’m not sure why the teacher unions don’t want their teachers back in but I think the Democrats (all in any kind of power positions) do not want our country to return to normal because they can not control us that way.!!
The Dems are all about control! And money !! Communism!

I have teachers as friends that work for the DODDS school system over here in Germany and they returned to school many months ago. The German system didn’t, but the DODDS teachers are all at work doing their social distancing, teaching kids in person. Using plexiglass dividers between the children. Sure, the children needed to learn the new disciplines required to avoid a breakout, but they learned and they are not taking any germs home to their parents.

I disagree with “laziness” of teachers. I do not think that is is the reason. I did find it much harder to teach ‘remotely’ than to teach in person. With that said, I have been teaching in a hybrid situation for this school year. Half the students at a time. That was better than totally remote, but still is a disservice for our students. When we had a COVID positive case, they would quarantine the entire cohort for 2 weeks….We never had a positive case come from one of the quarantined students. Since Feb. 2, we have been total ‘in-person’ learning with all students EVERY day. We have not had any new cases of COVID (knock on wood) since we started this, but even then, with contact tracing, only a few students would be quarantined and then for a shorter period of time than before. ALL SCHOOLS SHOULD RE-OPEN TO IN-PERSON LEARNING FULL TIME!

The teacher’s unions are ruining the children and they could care less, because, probably, some of the teacher’s don’t have children to worry about not being able to attend school, so, they are going to keep on fighting for our schools to stay closed as long as the teacher’s are able to continue receiving money for not being in class teaching.

The teacher’s and the teacher’s unions only care about getting paid without being in class teaching the children. Those teacher’s and the teacher’s unions are jus like the corrupt and crooked Democrats, they only care about themselves and nobody else. Both the teacher’s unions and the Democrats wants to keep on getting paid even if they don’t do anything else to help the children with their learning, and the Democrats don’t care about their constitutes in their States or their communities, all they care about is the money that they get paid for not helping their constitutes and the children.

Those teacher’s and the teacher’s union people need to be elected out of office and replaced with people that care about their children being in school and the teacher’s unions need teacher’s that aren’t afraid of going to school and doing their jobs NOW PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By what power does the federal government claim to be able to close our schools? They are once again exercising authority in an area that belongs solely to the states. PLEASE sign on to the Convention of States (https://conventionofstates.com/) and help take back our country! Our federal government is out of control with elected officials abrogating their duties to un-elected officials.

I understand the concern with passing it on to other family members. That is how many people are getting it – from the kids. However, if the schools are going to be open, the kids should NOT have to wear masks! If they have to wear masks, then they should have an online option. Yet Biden is allowing illegals to cross the border without being checked for COVID and then being released in our communities. Hypocrites!

If there ever was a walking lie, Joe Biden is it. Biden is so representative of the modern Democrat Party – greedy for political power over everything else. The other most important common trait is a virulent hatred for Donald Trump, and anything commonly thought to be pro American before the year 2000. Every week the schools stay closed makes it more unlikely the will ever return to the old way of doing education.

Closing the schools in the first place was idiotic unless viewed as calculated. Calculated to do damage, just as the entire virus hoax (the gross exaggeration, the unheard of draconian reactions) was. Where are the conservatives, the voters of the Right? The middle class, small business, destroy them. The teachers are not so much lazy as famously Left. I say the teachers, you might say no, that’s the teachers’ unions.
