Dems to End Federal Death Penalty
The Democrats have moved to end the death penalty at the federal level.
According to The Washington Free Beacon:
More than 70 House and Senate Democrats announced Tuesday that they will reintroduce a bill ending the federal death penalty, enacting one of President-elect Joe Biden’s campaign promises.
AdvertisementSpearheaded by incoming Senate majority whip Dick Durbin (Ill.) and democratic socialist congresswoman Ayanna Pressley (Mass.), the bill would prohibit a sentence of death for any federal offender and require the resentencing of the 55 individuals currently on federal death row.
The move comes in reaction to the scheduled executions of three federal offenders later this week (one was stayed late Monday evening with an appeal pending to the Supreme Court), part of President Donald Trump’s first-in-decades slate of executions begun in July.
“There are three lives that hang in the balance this week alone,” Pressley told NPR. “And this is why we reintroduced this bill this week and are urging Congress to act immediately to pass it. State-sanctioned murder is not justice.”
10 senators reportedly back the bill as well.

Today it was announced over 100 now have federal charges against, that if found guilty, range from 13.5 years to 30.5 years. So some of that is serious, and also Democrats now, are questioning DOD, if any of them are military. And I suspect that could include actively serving, veteran, or a retiree. And some legislators could also be on the hook, since they were detected tweeting to the ones breaking windows, threatening or attacking others, or creating damage. Not to forget those who brought bombs, high power rifle, and other destructive materials, that was in their vehicles, but not used.
——-Time for all American Citizens to realize we have over 20 million (?) illegal aliens in this country and do not know where they are in entirety. We also have drug cartels in our forests and cities, who law does not profess to know. I have some problems with that, with all the crime in the cities, combined with homeless rodents, rats, mice, insects, and diseases not cataloged in USA medical yet. Many of these folks have never been seen by a doctor, or immunized, and some have terrible habits, best not to ask about.
If these asswipe, America-haters ever succeed in this rotten move, their next move will be to release them.
Let’s make damn sure they go live with these ‘politicians’ who want to ‘save’ them.

If Execution is eliminated for Federal commited crimes does that mean spies and other persons trying to bring the United States down will just get a federal jail sentence that will require their care and upkeep for life???? Does this elimination of the death sentence on the level of the Federal gocvernment apply to all the states that have death as a sentence for certain crimes????

I think they had better think this through more. So far they have been releasing criminals with all kinds of crimes, because of the virus, and because the criminals had rotten parents, or they had fallen with others who did, and was with them, as they committed crimes. So by time they pass law changing this, and get it through all the states and federal lawyers, jails and prisons will not have so many left.
——–I have lived a clean, christian, life, 26 years military, and my family (3 children) did the same, and are 62, 65, and 67. I am 91, and have been house bound for past two years. 2019 due to health problems, which are stablized now, and 2020 due to Governors lockdown. Youngest son, wife and grandson live with me, shop for me, and my car is insured, inspected, license plate renewed, and I still have 2 years left on drivers license.
———My point. I am supposed to be safer in home. But if someone like the people being arrested that FBI tracked, having received info the BLM, ANIFA, and others was arming, building bombs and traveling across country to attack the National Capitol, and now they are in all our states, driving, using drugs, and have committed crimes. I would be much safer in prison where I would get 3 hots and a cot, and would have to fear being raped, or beat up as it is now with domestic violence, and people using drugs and over dosing, driving on sidewalks, wrong way on highways. If someone gives reason (would not need much with my “cabin fever”, I can take them out, children and grand children could ocme visit me, which they are not allowed to, NOW.
Hey, I see room for bipartisan cooperation here. Not only should the state not kill, it should not pay for killing. A pro-life Congress member could offer to vote for this legislation in return for a pro-abortion member agreeing to support the Hyde Amendment. Then the Dems would not have the votes to kill the Hyde Amendment. Life wins all around.

Death Penalty to thoes that want to get rid of the death Penalty!
Americans (the Conservative voters): eliminating the death penalty as currently applicable for horrendous crimes [and for treason against the U.S.] would immediately cause more crimes of the same nature to blossom. Because…no REAL punishment, no criminal accountability.
Personally, use of a noose-looped rope with the criminal dropped off the perch on a gallows, is the cheapest method to dispatch the guilty one that must be re-instituted. Begone is the “cruelty” so bogusly assigned to using the death penalty…it is “pc” BS. Put the pc-ers into the shoes of the families affected by their loved-one brutally abused/killed/raped by the criminal. They would immediately want the death penalty applied to the guilt criminal…huh ?
So…the States taxpayers have to be the saps who pay for a lifetime of the guilty one having three squares, watching TV, surfing the internet, reading library books, trying to vote, and even running businesses while in jail.
The guilty criminals need BOTH the fear of God and the wrath of God implemented. PERIOD.
Yep, they will end the death penalty for someone who plans and executed a murder, but they will make sure that the murder of unborn babies will still continue. Biden and Pelosi are examples of Catholics who approve of baby murders.
They protect criminals convicted of violent crimes and yet sanction the killings of innocent babies from conception to birth! Tells you all you need to know about their brand of evil!

More like the death penalty is going to be expanded when the time is right. It only ends one way with communists death and lots of it. check the history books if you have any doubts to that statement .
