President Trump has claimed that he will intervene in a new lawsuit filed by the state of Texas challenging the constitutionality of election changes in four key swing states.

President Donald Trump said Wednesday that he will be “intervening” in Texas’ 2020 election lawsuit that seeks to have the Supreme Court throw out President-elect Joe Bidens’ wins in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
The suit, filed Tuesday, alleges that those states all violated the Constitution by citing the coronavirus pandemic to change election laws.Trump tweeted Wednesday morning that “we will be intervening in the Texas (plus many other states) case. This is the big one. Our Country needs a victory!”The president also suggested Tuesday at a vaccine event at the White House that the Supreme Court might overturn the results of the 2020 election.

I am so disappointed at the things that Trump and his supporters come up with. The Constitution of this USA says that the states have the sole right to conduct their elections in any way they see fit with out any Federal bothering in how they run their elections. I do think that the SCOTUS is a part of the Federal Government, so if my teaching in law school was correct the SCOTUS has no authority since none of the discrimination laws were broken, and I do think that is exactly why the SCOTUS refused to even hear arguments with the Pennsylvania case, and I would think they will do the same with the Texas case being this is about states rights to conduct their elections as they please, and no actual proof of any fraud has been found with the 1000s of investigations by the DOJ, and State law enforcements along with persons appointed by the state leaders of both political parties.
It does seem a shame to me made a laughing stock in the World by Trump, when all the international vote watchers have said this is the most secure election they have seen in the USA. Now getting persons to not trust elections could backfire on the Trump party, mainly because when they get elected it will be the same thing that the Republicans rigged the election and the people will not trust the Republicans. Then not one shred of voter fraud is proven with al the investigations then Trump actually looks worse than he does now.

Robert, please review our Constitution Article III, Section 2 about the Supreme Court’s responsibilities:
“The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity , arising under the Constitution… to Controversies between two or more states — between a State and Citizens of another State –”
Hence we have the State of Texas suing the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia” insisting their fraudulent elector votes unjustly nullify the honest electoral votes of Texas. This lawsuit goes directly to the Supreme Court to adjudicate right now.
