Former Presidential Candidate Gives Trump Advice He Will Likely Reject
Mike Huckabee, the former Governor of Arkansas and GOP presidential candidate wants President Trump to stop talking about Hunter Biden.
But Trump will not likely heed the advice.

AdvertisementOn “Fox & Friends” Wednesday morning, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee gave President Trump some advice he will likely decline. He wants the president to stop talking about how Democratic nominee Joe Biden’s son Hunter sat on the board of a corrupt Ukrainian gas company while he was vice president and overseeing U.S. relations with Ukraine.
“It is a mistake” to keep bringing up the Hunter Biden scandal, Huckabee explained, “Because most people don’t understand it, it’s too complicated. And frankly, it doesn’t matter to them.”
Instead, Huckabee wants Trump to focus on issues that do matter, such as the economy, safety and security. Fox News anchor Sandra Smith later asked another guest, Republican pollster Kristen Soltis Anderson, about Huckabee’s advice, and she agreed that in these last two weeks before the election, Trump should be spending “every single second” talking about the economy.
Trump 2020 National Press Secretary Hogan Gidley says he’s friends with Huckabee. He even considers him a “second father.” But he maintained that the former governor is way off base here.
Gidley would not confirm if Trump would bring up the corruption on the debate stage on Thursday.

I think Huckabee is right in his assessment. Since the media has failed to do its duty relative to journalistic endeavor, I do not see this ever becoming an issue. Look at how hillary was allowed to skip responsibility for breaking our laws pursuant to our security rules/laws/regulations; and how holder was never held accountable for “Fast and Furious”; and lerner was never held accountable for weaponizing the IRS. There is a dark force in our government and we need more “swamp draining” to occur and that can best occur if a president fills federal jobs with Christian conservatives as Trump has been doing for the last 3 1/2 years.

I completely agree. If it were me I would be releasing anything related to Biden’s son supposedly torturing young girls. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. The father is a predator and the son is both, a creep and predator. This whole family is corrupt to the core.
I am a huge woman Trump supporter. Although I find this Biden story completely true and disgusting I do feel he needs to talk only of all his accomplishments over the almost past 4 years. He needs to repeat over and over again about how he didn’t need fame and fortune before he became president and still doesn’t. He had it well before he ran for president and will have it after he leaves office. The president did not become rich during his presidency like all the other politicians. The media will never let this Hunter story go anywhere. He needs to remind people how he donates his salary every quarter to a different charity. The Biden charity is all his S-corps tax setup accounts for himself.

Since the mainstream media won’t cover the Biden scandal President Trump HAS to talk about it, if only to convince voters to look up the information for themselves. There are plenty of things that his administration has accomplished and they, and his future plans, should be the major focus. Biden’s corruption and his failures of the last 47 years should be part of that, just not the primary focus of his speeches.

I partially agree with the Governor. I think the President should continue hammering on the Biden crime family, but hammer on Joe Biden’s involvement, not Hunter Biden. Hunter isn’t running for President.
I love Huckabee, but if Trump doesn’t bring it up, the MSM will not mention it. It is not the Hunter story that would be so important, if Joe was not also taking a LOT of dirty money. The MSM will not inform the general public of ANYTHING that makes their chosen candidate look bad. The VP of the US having felony relationships, with enemies of the US, is definitely information that our voters need to know.
Sorry Huck, you did not win. Trump knows what he is doing. He just needed to do some of it earlier and harder, before ballots were being cast.

Can’t speak for others, but it all matters to me. The MSM, a huge problem, should be reporting the news and not making the news. Social medias need to stop intervening in free speech. Americans need to be aware of all that is really going on in government and government needs to be held accountable and cleaned up for good! However, I am not holding my breath, but praying constantly & doing what I can.
