GOP Lawmaker Breaks With Trump, Will Oppose Delaying Election
GOP Representative Adam Kinzinger has responded to President Trump’s call to possibly delay the election by reminding him that it is Congress’ authority to do so and he will not vote to delay.
According to The Hill:
A Republican lawmaker broke with President Trump on Thursday and said he would oppose any attempts to delay the November election after Trump floated the idea.

Kinzinger’s tweet came after Trump in a tweet Thursday morning pitched the idea of delaying the election — something he does not have the power to do.
Trump launched into fresh attacks against mail-in voting and suggested that absentee or mail-in ballots could result in the “most INACCURATE & FRAUDULENT Election in history.”

The tweet also marks a departure from Trump’s previous stance of keeping the election on Nov. 3, despite concerns about the safety of in-person voting during the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
Many outlets, including this one, have stated there are no issues with mail-in voting a CBS attempt to see if it worked raised major cause for concern.

IF one is ambulatory and IN the State/County in which they are registered then they should HAVE to vote in person UNLESS ADA requirement otherwise.
