Trump Promises Police Will Not Be Defunded
President Trump has openly stated that the police will not be defunded, at least not under his watch.
According to The Hill:
President Trump and his allies on Monday lashed out at activists and some Democrats for their support of the “defund the police” movement, seeking to draw a contrast with the administration’s embrace of law enforcement amid nationwide protests.
AdvertisementWhite House aides and campaign officials sought to tie Democrats to the mantra of “defund the police,” which has gained steam on social media and at some protests after George Floyd‘s death May 25.
“There won’t be defunding. There won’t be dismantling of our police, and there’s not going to be any disbanding of our police. Our police have been letting us live in peace, and we want to make sure we don’t have any bad actors in there,” Trump said during a meeting with law enforcement officers and police chiefs at the White House, adding that he believes “99 percent” of officers are “great people.”
Press secretary Kayleigh McEnany told reporters at an earlier briefing that “the president is appalled by the defund the police movement,” singling out pledges from the mayors of Los Angeles and New York City to cut police budgets.
President Trump has consistently tried to paint himself as the candidate of “law and order” during his presidency and especially in recent weeks.

All of this attention and honor given to a convicted felon and drug addict is pure BS! How about the 59 year old man in Maryland that was murdered by two black brothers, supposedly because he refused to give them a dollar?
George Floyd was no hero, he was a criminal! I am not condoning his death but, enough is enough. I truly feel bad for all those black citizens that are blindly following the lead of the Democrats, Antifa and BLM. The very sad thing is, that by the time they realize they are being used, it will be too late!
All of those idiots that are thinking about disbanding the police need to be locked up somewhere! Can you imagine the mayhem and death toll if vigilante justice becomes the law of the land? Well, that’s exactly what will happen without a police presence in our communities! Think for a moment, the Democrats are trying to take away your 2nd Amendment Rights and now they are supporting disbanding the police. Even a total mental midget can read the handwriting on the wall, they are trying to enslave everyone in our country so that, we will no longer be able to effectively stand up for our rights as American Citizens!
What’s in the water of those places where they want to defund and eliminate the police? Have people gone absolutely bonkers? And the Lego Toy company eliminating all their sets with firefighters, policemen and the White House. What’s up with that? Btw I’m not affiliated with the LEGO Company. 😁

I do not understand thinking of Democrats anymore. I have always been on the middle of the Fence. But last few years have became so radical. In 1950’s and early 1960’s was very level headed people. Then they murdered John F. Kennedy. When they stuck Lady Bird Lyndon Johnson in was when the down Spririal went into effect. Even Both Bushes were Democrats acting Republicans. I flat can’t fathom their thinking going Socialist and One World Order! Why? What do they expect to gain. Then Having Democrats tearing up their own Democrat Towns like they Can’t Stand Themselves! What am I missing?
