John Bolton publically remarked about his book recently and in doing so expressed his displeasure with White House ‘censorship.’

According to The Hill:

Former national security adviser John Bolton decried potential White House “censorship” of his upcoming book in a public discussion on Monday.

Bolton spoke at Duke University in his first appearance since the Senate voted not to hear testimony from him during President Trump‘s impeachment trial. He called the parts of his memoir dealing with Ukraine controversy that sparked impeachment “the sprinkles on an ice cream sundae,” The New York Times and CNN reported.

“For all the focus on Ukraine and impeachment trial: to me there are portions of the manuscript that deal with Ukraine — I view that as the sprinkles on an ice cream sundae, in terms of the book,” he reportedly said. “This is an effort to write history. I did the best I can … We’ll see what happens with the censorship.”

Bolton expressed concerns that his book would be “suppressed” by the White House if it sought to designate important parts as classified, delaying it from being published next month as scheduled.

Bolton has stated that he hopes his private conversations with Trump will become public record one day.

By the time the book comes out we will be closer to the election and given the hype, given this weeks earlier indicators that Bolton testimony was the last thing Schiff/Pelosi would have ever wanted – the book look like a time delayed bomb that will go off when the Democrats least want it.

Back stabbing has become profitable for another sour grape stomper. Joining Comey, and many other Swamp creatures. Sad, bad, but normal in Politics.

You can’t have it both ways Bolton
In one interview you tell the interviewer that your “testimony” wouldn’t have changed the outcome of the Impeachment trial, yet you then go out and claim the Whitehouse is “censoring” your ability to write a book. Which is it? You either have proof (first hand knowledge) that Trump committed a crime and your testimony would have convicted him. Or you don’t have 0roof and want to expand on your theories and assumptions in order to hype your book sales. Total hypocrisy.

Another disgrumntled fured employee.
If it was a former Obama or Clinton employee all MSM would have banged their pots and pans about the motives of a fired employee … but for Trump it is reverse. EVERY hateful word from a fires emplyee is the gospel truth. This is one reason I loathe MSM.

Bolton don’t be such an ASSHOLE! The truth is that you signed NON-DISCLOSURE agreements and you also were background checked, briefed and given security clearances. After that you came into SECRET INFORMATION with NEED TO KNOW ONLY .
You know damns good and well that anything that falls under those NDA and security clearances is and was off limits. The review of your book is only to assure that YOU DO NOT GO TO PRISON FOR 40 YEARS!! It is being done for YOUR benefit alone. In fact many Secret or classified informations in your book may actually be declassified for you and you know it.
SO F*&K OFF asshole
