California City’s Sanctuary Policy Releases Hundreds of Illegals Daily

Los Angeles’ sanctuary policy is releasing up to 100 illegal immigrants back into the streets per day and it is causing a major problem for ICE.

According to The Washington Times:

As many as 100 criminals a day are being released back onto the street in the Los Angeles area alone under California’s sanctuary city law, ICE’s top deportation official told Congress on Tuesday as he pleaded for lawmakers to do something.

Timothy S. Robbins, acting associate executive director of detention and removal operations at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, said his agency used to get 75 to 100 illegal immigrants turned over each day from jails in the Los Angeles region. Now it gets fewer than five a day.

The irony, he said, is that sanctuary communities say they want ICE to focus on deporting criminals — but by refusing to cooperate at their jails they’re actually pushing the agency’s 6,800 deportation officers out into communities, meaning they are more likely to pick up rank-and-file illegal immigrants while arresting fewer criminals.

It also means ICE needs more money and more agents to staff deportation teams that go out into the communities, rather than the one or two officers needed to take custody of people in a jail.

ICE claims that instead of conducting their work in the jails they will now have to conduct it in the streets at greater danger to both officers and the community.

The Democrats do not care about the lawful citizens of this nation. Since the L.B.J. Administration they have built their voter base on Socialists, losers, social leeches and professional victims. We who work or are retired from along career working for a living are just cash cows to them to bleed through a punitive tax system for the funds to fuel their partisan gimme programs to buy votes from social leeches and losers. They look at the human refuse on the border waiting for a chance to slip in as future voters, whose votes they will buy with our extorted tax dollars. The areas instituting sanctuary programs are rogue outside the law areas and should be cut off from all Federal Funding and support until they come into compliance with all U.S. Statutes and co-operate with all U.S. Agencies. As a last resort Martial Law may have to be invoked in those areas, all officials arrested for aiding and abetting in violation of Federal Laws and National Guard Generals appointed as Governors over the areas until they are brought into compliance with Federal Law.

So who is in control , california or the Government of the United States of America? I know we are not like mexico where the cartels are more powerful than the mexican government and the cartels are in control not the mexican government. !!! Now is where the US Government is of the people, if it is why then cant I have my way here in Texas ? Our awesome President Trump has to turn to a DRASTIC SOLUTION to show california who is in CONTROL.

I am not a fan of the “rank and file” designation for illegals. If they are here illegally, then they are automatically criminals, with very specific methods to handle them. With that being said, we can certainly be a bit more forgiving to those who are simply here without papers, and help them secure the correct papers, and get them in the process of becoming a true citizen. Those with arrest records, and convictions, should be immediately removed, and these sanctuary cities should be punished financially by the federal government. The leaders of California are only interested in how much money they can rob from this country, while filling their off shore accounts with millions of tax dollars, and destroying the cities they are supposed to be serving, and their actions qualify them as criminals as well. Harboring fugitives, obstruction of justice, and other charges would be a great start towards justice.

What you just stated Ron Brooks is an oxymoron and you a moronformaking the statement.
There is no difference in illegal alien and alien without papers.
If they don’t have papers then they came here across our border violating our federal immigratuin law.
That is what a illegal alien is.
If they came here with a valid visa andlost it they can have it reissued if not expired.
If expired, they are here illegally because permissiin to be here expired.
I realize this explanation is too complicated for you to understand, so just sit down in momma’s and daddys basement and STFU.

Let’s build a wall around California, Oregon, Washington d.c. and state, and require a Visa to enter the rest of the states. No Federal money or there electro college or congressional representatives. Until they completely follow Federal law.

Very simple, stop all federal aid to any city or state that has a sanctuary system in place. Any release of any foreigner without notification and allowing ICE to pick them up ends all federal aid of ANY kind. Including all welfare, including all student aid, including all infrastructure ..NO FEDERAL MONEY to those places.
Secondly,
Arrest any police officer that releases any illegal alien that ICE has notified them they wanted. The charge in aiding and abetting illegal entry into the USA. A felony.

Please stop disparaging California City, it does not have a sanctuary policy. It is located in Kern county, not Los Angeles county. Your headline should read Los Angeles, a city in California ……
