Trump to Repeal Restrictive Obama-Era Waterway Rules

President Trump will repeal another restrictive Obama-era environmental regulation that involved waterways.

According to The Hill:

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on Thursday will announce final plans to redefine and thus shrink the waterways that must be protected under the law, a move likely to be swiftly challenged legally by environmentalists.

The final plans to repeal the 2015 Obama-era Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule would stymie the federal government’s capacity to regulate pollutants in wetlands and tributaries that feed into large rivers.

EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler told The Washington Post that the plans will entirely scrap the prior definition of the rule, relegating waterway protections back to 1986 standards.

“What we have today is a patchwork across the country,” Wheeler told the Post. “We need to have a uniform regulatory approach.”

The rule even resulted in citizens being fined exorbitant amounts of money and spending time in prison.

I’m fine with that. If there are too many laws that are conflicting, let’s look at them and make a change that is uniform.

EPA = INSANITY!! These people need to be tossed out of their positions and Close it down!! These are sickening animals, and NOT people…but Vermin!! Thousands of Americans have seen what the EPA does… and there they were, releasing and DUMPING Chemicals into the Colorado River, and turned it dark yellow to orange.

What the Obama administration did was tragic. When THE PEOPLE OF THIS NATION WORK HARD TO DEFEND WATERWAYS, AND THEY GET ARRESTED, IT ‘IS’ AN ATROCITY.
When there is so called ‘government land’ that runs against or along a lot-line of a farmers property, and said person is doing his best to maintain it, What Gives the Government the Right to arrest that person, for trying to assist, when not a damn one of those Government people do a stinking thing about it??
I have heard/read many horror stories, but there’s only ONE SOLUTION!
If the Government has land that is connected or runs parallel to Private Property, AND If I were holding office, and that owner wants to clean things up, then the government should welcome that. And I’m talking about State, County, City and surrounding jurisdictions. It should be NATIONAL, including all of the above.
These Tyrant Sheriffs, Police officers, Constables, ect NEED to speak with the adjacent Property Owner(s) and work out a deal between them. BUT FIRST…we need a bill from Washington that States Specifics. The people around those lands want to help, and by helping the Government maintain it then so be it.
EPA is a Joke at best, and they cause more issues than they solve. And they ARE bought off by the producers of chemicals that do the Dumping, and fill their pockets with bribery money. But you don’t have to believe me…just go ask the Farmers. They know how much companies dump. But approach them with caution because they’ve (Farmers and Property Owners) have been abused enough.
Harassment and Jail Time, beating, imprisoning, or shooting them needs to be STOPPED!!
ALSO, letting Cattle Graze on Government Lands HELPS THE ECO SYSTEM, and recreates fertile soil, and does not hurt it!! Ranchers should NOT bet threatened but rewarded for their assistance, because what has gone on is absolutely NUTS.

They caused a good bit of trouble in the Clinton Crime family administraton. I lost my steelworker job because of the ground work that was set, back then. Then the obama administration finished us off , Could have retired last year if it was not for the cotton Democrats.

The EPA is nothing but another government parasite that try’s to right laws through regulation that can’t be challenged! We already have massive property right laws! We don’t need another parasite that is afraid of being challenged! Why hire more government cause the courts don’t want to do their jobs??

I’ve known people that work for the EPA. The crazy is over the top in that agency. I’d vote to shut it down. Start up something that actually works for the people. I seriously doubt that place could be cleaned out any other way. BLM needs to go too.
