President Trump Warns of Major War with Iran
President Trump has spoken out about Iran shooting down a US drone in the Gulf of Hormuz. The Daily Caller reports:
President Donald Trump told reporters Thursday “you’ll soon find out” whether the U.S. plans to strike Iran after declaring the Middle Eastern country “made a very big mistake” on Twitter earlier in the day.

AdvertisementU.S. officials said an Iranian missile took out a costly, unmanned drone that was flying above international waters Thursday. Iran said the Navy drone was flying over its territory.
“The US wages economic terrorism on Iran, has conducted covert action against us [and] now encroaches on our territory. We don’t seek war, but will zealously defend our skies, land [and] waters. We’ll take this new aggression to [the United Nations and] show that the US is lying about international waters,” Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif wrote on TwitterThursday morning.
Trump did not rule out talks with the country and said the drone could have been shot down as an accident or miscalculation, reported CNBC.
This recent episode in the tensions between Iran and the United States could spark a regional conflict resulting in high casualties. There is still hope for Iran to back down and avoid a catastrophic war that would destroy its economy even more than it currently is.

Agreed but keep the politicians out of the military decisions. Every time a politician gets involved the war, any war, becomes a miasma. Hit em hard and make it count! But absolutely keep the politicians out of it.

I guess they want to learn the hard way and we are willing to open their eyes. If they keep this up they are going to get a bigger message.
We don’t need another war. We can’t handle those we already have. Instead of threatening war, Trump should seek negotiation and talks to calm things down.

President Trump is not a warmonger, as the Democratic Communist Party would have the American people believe. He is a dedicated American and his love for his country and his love of a peaceful existence with the world are his greatest assets. He will know when to strike back at our country’s enemies, and when he does the finality of his response will be earth shattering. President Trump is a great leader and he is God’s Gift to the USA. It is so sad that the President of this USA does not listen to his own intelligence agencies, who warned of the disaster of Military actions toward Iran, when the fact is that there is no solid proof that they have done anything that would provoke an attack. Now Trump says the Iranian’s planted mines on the sides of ships, now just how could they do that without being seen doing it, and the mines do not even have Iran characteristics, and the Japan ship that was targeted says they saw flying objects just before the explosion, and the Japanese Prime Minister says that they do not think the Iran did the deed. Then there was the Drone shoot down which even the US satellite pictures show the drone over Iranian air space, only 2 miles wide of the Strait are international waters while the rest belongs to the adjoining countries.
President Trump, made the right call in not conducting a strike in response to the drone shoot down. I will say, Iran is evil, and will need to be dealt with sooner or later whether we like it or not. It’s just a matter of time. As far as I’m concerned personally, Iran has already crossed the line by funding terror and provodkng lethal aid and logistics to surrounding nations. Iran’s leaders speak with forked tongues, they will need to be stopped when they cross the line. This recent increase in activity is just the beginning, and the media is emboldening them and the Democrats are hawking for Trump to strike so they can gas light.
