Kamala Harris’ Connection to the Infamous Crime Bill
Kamala Harris has often criticized the Clinton Crime Bill of 1994, but her own brother-in-law was the main creator behind it. The Washington Free Beacon reports:
The 1994 crime bill Kamala Harris attacked on Wednesday was crafted by her brother-in-law.
Harris criticized the crime bill during a stop in New Hampshire as a way of criticizing former vice president Joe Biden. Harris said the bill contributed to “mass incarceration in our country,” established the “federal three strikes law,” and “funded the building of more prisons in the states.”
AdvertisementBiden was the bill’s lead sponsor in the Senate, but working on it in the Clinton administration was Harris’s brother-in-law Tony West, who is married to Maya Harris, Kamala Harris’s sister and her campaign chair. West, a former Obama administration official, also chaired Kamala Harris’s transition team after she was elected to the Senate in 2016.
West chose to feature his work on the crime bill in 2012 when he was nominated to be associate attorney general. It was the chief achievement he listed for his two years working as a special assistant under former attorney general Janet Reno.
Republicans under President Trump have taken the lead on criminal justice reform, putting the Democrats to shame on their “issue”. Will Kamala’s rocky criminal enforcement past come back to bite her?

The whole idea of putting someone in a cage for years is stupid and wasteful, unless he is a dangerous threat to society. With todays technology, criminals of most crimes can be PUT TO WORK with unremovable electronic bracelets and if they do NOT work, or try to run away, THEN they can be jailed. Ask any prisoner if he would rather do useful work, or languish in a cage…..

Yep all related, I call it a brother-in-law outfit, ( everyone in the company are related) be is the senate or congress , what ever agency , sooner or later the all end up sleeping with each other, and it is a sad situation. And as for harris, funny how someone as corrupt as she is, having the power to put many people in prison, maybe she works like mueller did for the fbi ,in boston, and put innocent men behind bars, and then strutting like the rooster that just screwed all the hens in the coop. Harris brother in law will come back o hunt her if it gets out everywhere . That she is for such a bill. Everything you do in public life comes back to haunt when the power that controls everything don’t want you in the game to destroy the USA. Harris is worse then any Demo-rat because she is a mistake that became a Senator, not because she is smart, because she did it on her back.
