President Trump’s State of the Union has been a smashing success according to polls, with 76% approving. CBS News reports:
Seventy-six percent of Americans who tuned in to President Trump’s State of the Union address Tuesday night approved of the speech he gave. Just 24 percent disapproved.
As is often the case in State of the Union addresses, the people who watched tonight’s speech leaned more towards the president’s own party, at least compared to Americans overall. In the latest CBS national poll released last month, 25 percent of Americans identified themselves as Republicans. Among those who watched Tuesday night’s address, that figure was 43 percent, and Republicans helped bolster the overall approval of the address.

And while 97 percent of Republicans approved of the speech, far fewer Democrats who tuned in did (30 percent). Most independents did approve.
Fifty-six of Americans who watched tonight feel the president’s speech will do more to unite the country, rather than divide it, although 36 percent don’t think it will change things much.
This is a critical time for the President, who can build on this good will to pass additional bipartisan legislation.

Two points: Did I miss one of the President’s State of the Union Addresses I thought this was the Second. Point Two, who the hell cares what Tiffany wore and what difference does it make? Was she supposed to check with the lunatic fringe for fashion advice? By the way her belt was tan or light brown and not Nude.

President Trump’s SOTU address was from his heart and beautifully spoken. The American people will finally see what president Trump is all about and what he is trying to accomplish for America. You can tell by the way he spoke, that he is so sincere and that he really loves the USA. The Democratic Communist Party will never acknowledge what president Trump spoke is the absolute truth, because they really hate him and will do or say anything to obstruct him in any way they can. Remember this America, a vote for a Democrat is a vote for Communism and Socialism. Pelosi and her Schumer crowd are really the scum of the earth. GO TRUMP ! M.K.

This president and every member of his party and a large majority of independants approve what we need but count on a hand full of RINO’s who wants to be able to grab handfulls of tax payer $ will fight him BUILD THE WALL NOW ! Plus follow this presidents lead he has his hand on the pulse of America better than any president in modern times !!!

I am majorly disappointed in our congress. In fact I’m pissed off. We should have several Grand Juries goinf, probing, Comey, Hillary, the two lovers, and all the rest of the gang. Senate get off your dead azzes. Mitch get the hell out of the way. You are a hindrance. I demand to see action, and NOW. Also whats the reason the FISA court hasn’t stepped in regarding the “dossier”. Even Mueller should be under probe. There is a large waste of money.
