Democrats Select The Next Speaker
The Democrat Caucus has selected Pelosi as their candidate for Speaker, which all but guarantees her win for the bid in the next Congress. Fox News reports:
House Democrats tapped Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday as the party’s nominee for speaker — but the political powerhouse is still fighting to lock down enough support to secure the gavel in January’s floor vote as some Democrats call for new leadership.
Those tensions did not appear to be on display Wednesday. Pelosi, who faced no Democratic challenger, won her party’s nomination during the closed-door House Democratic Caucus leadership elections at the Capitol. But she still faces a final floor vote with the entire House of Representatives on Jan 3.
Democrats on Wednesday also elected Maryland Rep. Steny Hoyer for majority leader and South Carolina Rep. Jim Clyburn for majority whip. New York Rep. Hakeem Jeffries was elected as Democratic caucus chairman, after running against fellow Congressional Black Caucus member Rep. Barbara Lee, D-Calif.
Pelosi, speaking to reporters after the vote, expressed confidence that she will win the speakership in January, saying, “I think we’re in pretty good shape.”
Pelosi’s leadership will solidify her grasp on the Democrat party, but also postpones new blood in the Democrat caucus, which will face a leadership crisis when she inevitably steps down from power.

I fail to understand whyPresident Trump would support Pelosi As Speaker of the House? She has been against President Trump from the beginning? She has conspired and plotted against him from the beginning. I say it is a very bad move.
I think that Trump knowing that there would be no chance of a Republican as Speaker so the next best thing would be Polosi because she is mentally loosing it. She may not be as stable in her decisions as they would expect.

The Republican members of the House should just abstain from voting for “pelousy”. Doing such, as a big yawn to her lead on obstruction and resistance for the next two years. The GOP members of the House could catch-upon their card games together while the House convenes. Make sure to vote NO on any “demoncrat” bill before the text of the HR is finished.
Play their own games back on them- threaten to expose the crimes of any Demon-rat who votes for her & inevitably, the backlash will expose the corruption on our side of the aisle.
