President Trump’s New Judge Nominations Has Liberals Melting Down
President Trump has gone ahead and nominated three judicial conservatives to the West Coast 9th circuit. Fox News reports:
President Trump is plowing ahead to fill three vacancies on the liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, brushing aside Democratic resistance to nominate conservative judges.
Presidents traditionally work with senators from judicial nominees’ home state — in this case, California — to put forward judicial picks. They often seek what’s known as a “blue slip,” or an opinion from those senators.
But in a snub to California Democratic Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, the White House announced Wednesday that Trump had nominated Patrick Bumatay, Daniel Collins and Kenneth Kiyul Lee (all from the Golden State, and reportedly all members of the conservative Federalist Society) to the influential circuit. The court, with a sprawling purview representing nine Western states, has long been a thorn in the side of the Trump White House, with rulings against the travel ban and limits on funding to “sanctuary cities.”
GOP critics have branded the court the “Nutty 9th,” in part because many of its rulings have been overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.
The “blue slip” tradition is a relic of the past, used by Democrats to keep the 9th circuit liberal.

The 9th Circuit has trampled roughshod over every conservative issue that made it that far. It’s so biased, conservative groups insist on rock-solid constitution-mandated issues. Otherwise, it’s a waste of litigation budgets.

It is about time to get those Conservatives on the Supreme courts, because it has been a LIBERAL court for way TOO long since we have seen the conservatives commanding what the courts give the people of America that was a TRUE and LAWFUL court rulings to suits before their court and NOT just something that they FEEL (what they think) was a good ruling.
They have until recently just ruled that they did not like some laws and only told people what they (the JUDGES) thought was a good ruling

Millions of Patriotic, Christian Americans prayed for months that the evil of the Clintons and the Deep State would be defeated, even though we all knew the election was rigged. The night of the election, our Parish held a mass to pray for our candidate. When we got out of mass, we heard the glorious news that President Trump was leading! Good always overcomes Evil, God is fed up with his country being taken over by Satan, President Trump will be victorious in 2020, and we will have a Red Wave at midterms. After the debacle of the Kavanaugh confirmation, those that didn’t pay attention to politics were absolutely horrified at his treatment, and many registered to vote and are voting RED in NOV. I believe this confirmation was a way for all Americans who were Blue Dog Dems to see what happened to their party and why it is imperative they vote R in Nov. That CA appeals court needs more conservatives. If not it needs to relegated to hearing traffic ticket appeals. Trump did the right thing.

People and judges are ruled by opinions. Time to get these opinions out of the courts and into the rule of law. Our super computers when downloaded with the law, can make judgements based on the rule of law . As it is , everyone has a different understanding of the law. Time for just one understanding. Soon many of our jobs will be taken over by computers and robots. I do not think that a computer or a robot has opinions ! Nor do they take drugs or drink adult beverages.
