Here’s How Kavanaugh Was Rated By Other Lawyers

Law Hammer Justice Right Court Horizontal

The American Bar Association has rated Brett Kavanaugh as a nominee, and the results are nothing less than stellar. The Daily Caller reports:

The American Bar Association’s (ABA) standing committee on the judiciary released its evaluation of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh Friday, awarding him a unanimous “well-qualified” rating.

The ABA panel issues its evaluation based on a variety of measures including integrity, professional competence and judicial temperament.

“The committee’s objective is to provide impartial peer evaluations of the professional qualifications of judicial nominees in order to assist the Senate Judiciary Committee in assessing whether such individuals should be confirmed by the Senate,” an ABA memo detailing the process reads.

The ABA does not officially consider ideological factors, though some conservatives have accused the organization of bias.

This is another reason why Brett Kavanaugh needs to be approved by the Senate and sworn in on the court.

Same Senators who voted for him to be on Appeals Court, will look foolish now, if they vote against him for the Supreme Court. He is still the same, stellar individual they considered before, and I would wager (and I am not a gambler) that he still decides and believes as he did before. Only they have changed, so would reflect on them.

You’d think they would be consistent, but always remember … they’re agenda-driven Democrats. They hate Trump and everything that even passes through the air around him. Never trust a Democrat to be consistent. The same Democrats who voted in favor of the Iraq war later turned on Bush and blamed the whole thing on him. “Bush lied, people died” became their mantra. Similarly, the same Democrats who touted a firm immigration policy and construction of a border wall have now turned tail and are adamant in their disdain for such things … all because they despise our President. A Democrat will do a 180 on you before you can blink once.

It’s obvious that Kavanaugh is highly qualified. Any decision against him is hypocrisy and political nonsense.

President Trump’s nomination to the SCOTUS, Brett Kavanaugh, is a highly respected lawyer and judge that will be a great addition to the SCOTUS. He is definitely a man of honor and a strict defender of the Constitution of the United States of America. The people who are in opposition to his appointment to SCOTUS are the people who are part of the deep state and the DC swamp and have no other reason but to tear down this country and obstruct the Trump Administration in any way they can. Remember this, a vote for a Democrat is a vote for obstructionism and for Communism. Sincerely, Martin Korab

I think one would have to be a fool if he/she did not vote for Judge Kavanaugh. If anyone is qualified, Kavanaugh is. In the opinions of many who know about qualification for SCJ
President Trump made a great choice, the best choice.

And he knows that, and that is the reason he would never back down.

The Democrats who vote against Kavanaugh have two reasons;
1. Trump nominated him
2. The Republicans did not even consider Obama’s nominee, Merrick Garland
Neither reason has anything to do with Kavanaugh himself.

The real rejection reason is “the nomination came from President Trump”. If possible, ignore the Dems. Are there enough Reps to get this passed?
