Supreme Court Nominee Leaked?
President Trump “has settled on a nominee for Supreme Court hours before a scheduled announcement, as some advocates prepared for the rollout of Judge Thomas Hardiman of Pennsylvania,” the Wall Street Journal reports.
“Allies of Judge Hardiman said they had been told to be ready to start touting the one-time taxi driver’s blue-collar roots, in hopes this would resonate with Mr. Trump’s supporters, according to a person familiar with the matter. They also said they’d been told the judge was in Washington, D.C., for a conference.”

Judge Hardimen was my pick, but I never thought that DT would settle on him.I thought he would pick Amy Coney Barret because it would be more difficult for the Democrats to oppose her. I really like Thomas Hardiman, and I have read much about him. I hope you will too!
Hardiman is soft on immigration
I really like Hardiman, and think it makes perfect sense that he would be selected, since he was the runner up to Gorsech. Hopefully, he is the one, and we can move forward with his confirmation. The left is obsessing over how they can block any nominee, so I think that choosing someone more neutral would be better than someone who may have a history that the left can tear through.
I think any of them would make a good choice and anticipate that those who did not make it now, will have a second chance.
I preferred a woman but maybe next time. We do need a solid conservative woman on the highest court
I have heard that some false leaks have been floating around. Haridman would be great, BUT, I still think Amy Barrett will be the choice. Trump isn’t scared of making bold moves. This will be remembered as one of them
This is a very strange way to select a judge. T should think that stable reasoning would have a bit more to do with the effort.

I was leaning either for Judge Amy Coney Berrett or Mike Lee, the Senator who was also interviewed, and whose brother was also one of the long-shots for the job. He was so gracious when he said that if the President asked him to serve on the Court, he would be more than happy to serve. Such a wonderful man, and a great Senator!! The main thing I’m happy about tonight is that the pick is going to be a conservative, and not the awful picks that Obama made!! We need to have some sanity back in our Courts again.
