If there was evidence we would have seen it by now. There would have been leaks because the media would have pounced on it like flies on excrement. If there was evidence we would have had it thrown in our faces with a giant “I told you so.” Since we haven’t heard boo of any proof that the Trump Campaign was corrupt, but quite the opposite that the Hillary Campaign was corrupted to the nth degree ,, without consequences, I can only conclude that there IS no evidence! this dragging on and on of an investigation going no where is a slap to taxpayers, justice, and all it does is divide our country even further. If “drain the swamp” meant anything before, it has substantial meaning now. If Americans are to ever trust the Justice system again, heads should start to roll. If they don’t roll, then I as an American Taxpayer will lose trust in a government which is supposed to be “of, by and for the people.” The only way to save this Republic is to Vote GOP in November. I know the GOP stinks to high heaven too. But that’s our only option at this grave point in US history.

Both Republicans and Democrat’s have those in their parties that really need to be kicked out of our government. However, after seeing how democrats have acted and talked after Trump’s election, my personal opinion is to vote for our freedom so vote for Trump. Investigations like this take time. How long did it take for government to get Capone and Gotti? If at wrap up time, there is no evidence or if there is, let it fall in whomever. Love Gowdy’s style and directness. Even a democrat must see that there has been nothing in the Mueller probe or there would have been charges brought long ago. But Mueller is not the driving force here although this has undoubtedly made him one of the richest men in Washington. The one major thing that has been brought to light is all this is just how little authority Congress has. Other lessor agencies ignore the direction of the congress, sit and lie in hearings, refuse to produce documents, and literally ignore the legislative branch of government. It appears that the local police chief has more authority than congress.

Now lets see some action. Mueller never expected to find evidence to indict Trump much less to convict him. But he did expect to find something (anything) that could justify impeachment. The whole idea was to get Trump anyway possible. A secondary gain has bee to use the investigation as a diversion from other issues. And to keep the political base stirred up. This was expected to help socialist democrats in the mid term elections. We shall see.

Wouldn’t it be nice if Trey Gowdy became the NEXT Attorney General after our present Mr. Sessions decides to resign? Could it be that Sessions is staying just so that he can leave after the November elections and/or after the beginning of the new year and the new legislators take office? Gowdy would be good and he has the law background that the job needs and the common sense to be able to fill it AND I believe he has the temperament we need at the present time. I must admit – I THOUGHT tha Sessions did, too, and he has been a sore disappointment! I don’t think Gowdy would!
