Official Statement by Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee-Sanders:

“The military mission to eradicate ISIS in Syria is coming to a rapid end, with ISIS being almost completely destroyed. The United States and our partners remain committed to eliminating the small ISIS presence in Syria that our forces have not already eradicated. We will continue to consult with our allies and friends regarding future plans. We expect countries in the region and beyond, plus the United Nations, to work toward peace and ensure that ISIS never re-emerges.”

Unless a STRONG stabilizing presence (UN or Allies) is left in Syria for some time, ISIS will return. These ‘weak’ Arab countries just don’t seem to be able to defend themselves. Since the U.S.A. has NO territorial ambitions and thus, no desire to remain around as ‘baby sitter’, a ‘regional’ or European solution should be set up. We certainly DON’T want to return again!!

I agree with Larry. We need some presence either Allies or UN forces to remain in Syria to stabilize the region. We simply cannot pull out too soon and allow ISIS to return!!

why help people that can’t help themselves .when you do help ,you don’t know who the enemy is and kill you. all they want us for is our money and target practice, get the hell out of these s***hole countries, we got plenty of enemies in our own country to fight.

HA…HA…HA…
Got another joke handy? I’m sure the UN and surrounding muzzie pirates will help just like they did in Rwanda!
In any case, the United States IS NOT responsible for other nations’ cannibalistic desires-they’ll be answering to God. And we best mind our own business, lest we be doing the same…

These Arab nations have been fighting each other since the days of Abraham. Let them fight. We need to develop hydrogen & fuel cells as a major source of “green energy” and tell OPEC what they can do with their oil. Time to quit spending trillions of dollars in perpetuity babysitting these Arab nations.
