MLK’s Niece Speaks About His Legacy on Fox

Alveda King, Dr. King’s niece, was on Fox and Friends to discuss her uncle’s legacy in today’s America. The Daily Caller reports:

Alveda King, niece of the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., appeared on “Fox & Friends” Monday to share the best ways to remember her uncle during his national holiday.

“When I remember my uncle, Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. my dad was his brother, Rev. A.D. King. So Uncle M.L., for instance, said I’ve decided to stick with love. Hate is too difficult a burden to bear,” King said.

“So I’m encouraging people today to remember he was a prophet. He was seeking the divine. He did not serve politics nor government. Martin Luther King Jr. served God. And so all the solutions should be for the human race. Not separate races, but the human race.”

King also said it’s important to remember the injustices of the past while recognizing that the human race is united under God and shares “one blood.”

King’s message of a shared humanity under God is a timeless message that is still far from being achieved.

MLK never called for riots. He called on others to seek their god given rights peacefully.

I’ve always had great respect for MLK. A man looking for nothing but peace.

Mlk’s neice said this man was a prophet, so what were his prophetic words? This woman said the man always sought for the Divine, and yet, no examples! this man NEVER once opened his mouth about Jesus Christ and The Blood of the cross of Calvary, only the one blood of humanity! This man claimed this race is ONE race and yet GOD/Jesus Christ said there are three races as per Genesis 9:20-27 (emphesis vs. 25KJV) MLK says we should get together, GOD said “BE YE SEPARATE” saith the Lord” 2 Cor 6:17 KJV MLK said he has a dream, well, the Bible says “A prophet that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath my word let him speak my wpord faithfully. Jeremiah 23:28 KJV MLK no more spoke GODs word and certainly not faithfully! This man stood up before millions and NEVER once gave them “SCRIPTURE” He never told them that they were LOST and in need of Salvation! he never once told them they were on their way to a Devils Hell w/out Jesus Christ! He just told them what made em feel good! He lied! He called himself a Baptist? I “KNOW” Baptists and i know what they preach, and this man cared NOT for GOOD GODLY Bible (KJV) preaching, he just deceived people w/the things of the world! I HAVE and HAD “NO” More respect for MLK than I have for a dead worm on the august sidewalk!

Kings words were to stand up for your rights, peacefully. He never advocated or supported violent riots. Thats what you see in the old film reels. What he said in a church was probably quite different and is what you are looking for.
